great place some site's are not very levell friendly & acomadating will be back soon

We rented an RV spot for a week and had a great time. The resort as always was very clean and all of Charles' crew were great.. Highly recommend spending time here.

Very nice place staff went well beyond expectations. Hoyt and his wife were very helpfull all week. Nice facilities. Construction was loud at times but is to be expected and we realize it is temporary. Exceptionally clean!!!!!
AS expected, our stay was great. The place is always clean (even the bathrooms) and very well kept. The staff always seems to actually care about your stay, like they go above and beyond always. We (me and my fam and my brother in law and his fam) glamp a lot and this has become our "Go To" in the Smokies. By far in the top 3 of any place we have stayed at in any towns we have glamped.
