Easy check in. They helped us get the camper parked. The pool was great. They had some of the nicest bathrooms we’ve ever had at a campground. I would highly recommend this campground to anyone.

We searched on the internet for RV parks in the area and found Pigeon Forge RV Park. Their website was very helpful in showing useful info, , like rates and especially pics of sites and accurate lengths on site as we have a 40+ fifth wheel.
Upon arriving, totally impressed. Modern (like new) buildings. Most impressive was that everything was kept extremely clean! I have never seen better, cleaner bathrooms than these. Large area for rigs to park and check in, staff was awesome, they lead us to our site and helped spot us correctly in it. Nice size site (most cement with cement patio), good water pressure & hookups. Really nice outbuilding with covered porch, inside seating, very nice laundry room with many new washer/dryers at reasonable cost, tiled individual bathrooms with free showers, beautiful zero entry salt water pool with a big slide. Front office building has camp store and food available. River boarders back & side of property. Very nice atmosphere with smaller scenic hills in view. Close to Pigeon Forge with trolley stop right in-front of main office. Love to stay here again!

Such a cute place to stay. Bathrooms were so clean. It was nice to get into the pool in October since it’s heated. Laundry room was convenient and the outdoor area was really nice. It was clean and everyone was so nice. And don’t let me forget about the location. It might have been a pain to get through the traffic but it was so nice to not have to drive 30 minutes to get into town.
The only downside to having this particular site is that there’s a street light on the end of the site. It would make it so bright at night that having a fire wasn’t as fun. It would be nice if maybe the lights could be dimmer or turned off. It did not effect us while sleeping.

Sorry about the lights, but it can get really dark throughout the park and trying to get an rv in is difficult when we don't have enough light. Plus we are concerned for safety especially right at the playground. But we do appreciate your feedback and we are glad that you had a good time here. We only had 3 days to stay this time but it was wonderful as usual. Our grandson enjoyed the playground and the pool. There was a storm one afternoon that knocked down a lot of branches and made quite a mess, but the maintenance personnel were out immediately after the storm cleaning up the debris and making sure the campground was safe and clear. We were impressed with their quick work.

Very nice campground! Easy access to the main strip of Pigeon Forge. Very close to town, but not close enough to hear the hustle and buse. Very friendly staff! Great accommodations! Very clean facility! I can go on!

We had a great time. The resort is large, the sites were very nice and there is a beautiful view of the mountains. Close to everything but just far enough away to be able to relax. The people were so friendly and didn’t hesitate to help us with whatever we needed. We will definitely stay here again.
When we arrived the campground was almost completely full. People were enjoying the hayride and trick or treating, and a band was warming up. Most people were watching the TN Volunteers playing the Alabama Crimson Tide. It was a "happening place!" By noon on Sunday a lot of rigs had pulled out and things were much quieter. We had a great four days relaxing and sightseeing.
The only negative is the super bright security light right above our bedroom window.
