Very nice employees, clean, quiet and an overall wonderful weekend!! Made another reservation while we sat at the beautiful pool. They escort you to your campsite and stay to assist you parking. Pick up your trash at your site. Thank you for a great weekend!! Until next time

We took our three kids for the weekend of New Years and it was incredible. The staff were all very kind, our kids were able to ride bikes, play basketball, & play on the playground with tons of other kids so they didn’t get bored. The lodge and restroom facilities were extremely nice- clean & well maintained. We would definitely stay again!

We traveled in from SC and arrived a bit late - but the staff still happily helped with parking. The site is pretty awesome in that it's adjacent a grassed small field giving you the feeling of more space. We had kids with us and they really enjoyed riding bikes on the asphalted roads. The park is all new and is working through some bugs - but everything worked well except that the wifi was in and out - but they can fix that with time.

Great place and friendly staff, we will return in the future.
We have stayed here a few times and this last time has by far been the worst. We spent over $750 for the week of the fourth and ended up having to leave early.
Our neighbor came in with a dog that they left in the hot camper all day and night and it barked nonstop. It destroyed the inside of their camper and even busted the latch on their window trying to get out.
I attempted to call the after hours emergency number and it doesn’t work at all. It says it is unreachable. So I finally saw one of the security guys riding around on the golf carts and waved him down.
I explained about the window and how I was worried how the dog would react to all of the little children around if it gets out and how the dog NEVER STOPS BARKING.
He said he would talk to the manager and see what they could do.
A few minutes later the neighbor finally gets home and he comes by and talks to them about the window. She told him she would take care of the window and he left. He didn’t even try to bring up the barking.
Im assuming they tied the dog up inside and left again because the barking immediately started again and didn’t end until they got home at nearly 1am.
We are exhausted.
I just turned in our parking pass and brought it up again as the reason we are leaving early and the response I got was they “will talk to them because that isn’t allowed” and a “sorry”.
So we spent over $750 and got no peace and were woke up in the morning by the dog barking before 8am. And even when reported nothing was done.
I wouldn’t recommend this campground.
