Located closely to all Pigeon Forge attractions. Site was level. Facility was very clean. The pool/slide was a nice bonus for this resort. Staff easy to communicate with and very friendly.

Brought the grand daughter to Dollywood. PFRV is the perfect location. Close to town without the traffic noise. The sights are concrete with a patio. Some are shaded. Grand Daughter loved the pool!

This was a rally for our club. Support from staff was outstanding in spite of our many changes. No complaints except for cost and I would not stay in row K again. Sites in this row are concrete but very poorly leveled - I damaged a jack attempting to get close to level with front wheels more than a foot off the slab.

We do realize that some of the sites are not level. We tried to keep as many trees as we could, but also there is a natural slope to the park. When the creek floods, and it has in the past, the middle of the park is high and dry. Around C row, it is all under water. So the slope does keep the entire park from being under water like a few of the other parks. We are glad that you found the staff friendly and we do hope that you come back to see us. We will do our best to get you on a more level site. Thank you for the review and the recommendation.

Everyone was very nice and grounds were well kept. Pool was nice. The only negative is the sites and roads are pretty close.

The staff couldn’t of been more helpful and friendly. Each employee we encountered was a joy! The pool area was perfect! I was surprised it was heated. So nice! The bathhouse was the cleanest I’ve ever seen. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Our lot and the whole place was so nice and clean. Everyone was so friendly. The bath house is AMAZING! It was nice to feel like I was in my own bathroom at home.
