Great for a weekend trip or a whole week. This was our first time staying here and we will definitely be back! Nice facilities, everything was super clean and the employees were so sweet and helpful.

We stayed here four nights and absolutely had a blast. We have one daughter who absolutely loved the swimming pool and it was heated so in the middle of March she was able to swim. It just made her spring break. Awesome. As far as the facilities go very clean. Staff was super friendly we will be staying here again. Me and my wife absolutely love this place. It was convenient between pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. perfect for big rigs and very safe. We love the dog park and have security with all the cameras. If anyone’s looking for a good place, I would choose this!

Good place. Worked well for us. No real issues, but a few comments. The escort to the site stopped pointed to the site and left without an offer to help. We are somewhat inexperienced with backing up a fifth wheel, another set of eyes would have been nice. A closer dumpster or routine trash pickup would have been nice. Never had tv service from cable. Excellent bathhouse and pool.

Thank you for writing a review for us. We apologize for the escort that didn't help you. We wish we knew who that was, because they are instructed to help in any way they can. With regards to the dumpster, we try and keep them as far away from the guests as possible. That is why we come by and pick up the trash all throughout the day. Sometimes people put it out late, but we do get it as soon as they come on shift at 9 AM. We aren't sure why you had problems with the cable other than we are digital and if your tv is analog, it won't work and that is something that we can't help with. Sometimes people forget to turn off their booster, but we try to go out and help anyone who calls regarding their cable. If we had storms and the lights flicker at all, we lose cable, but we usually get it rebooted fairly quickly. We're glad that you did enjoy some of the amenities here at the park including the pool. Thank you so much for the recommendation and we do hope that you come back to see us again when you are in the Pigeon Forge area.

We stayed 4 nights on a recent trip to Pigeon Forge. It’s in a nice location just out of town. The sites are a bit small, but it’s very well kept. The family loved the pool. The bathhouse is great! The staff is very friendly. All of the amenities worked great. (TV cable, water pressure, sewer hookup) I’d stay there again.

The tv's at the Lodge are on a different provider so they have more channels to choose from. Hopefully you will come back and stay with us again and take advantage of some of the other amenities. Loved the campsite as well as the camp ground. The pool and slide were clean and great fun. The only complaint we had was tge water pressure was low. All the employees were very friendly and went out of their way to help you. Would definitely go back again!!

Very nice property. Very tight sites and close together but they do a very nice job at helping you back your rig in. We have a 40ft toy hauler and was able to get in with the help of the host. The pool house is very nice and the pool is heated the rec area is also very nice. The property is close to everything but yet you don't feel like your right on top of all of the traffic. I would stay here again.
