We went there the week before Christmas. Was a very nice campground. Only one complaint for me and it has nothing to do with the actual campground was people with flashing Christmas lights leaving them on all night I felt like I was in studio 54 lol. Other than that absolutely wonderful facilities are beautifully cleaned. Very very friendly, helpful staff in the campground itself is immaculate

Upon arrival we were pleasantly greeted at reception desk, check-in was a breeze! We were directed to the property liaison and we were escorted to our lot M1 . Easy pull in and set up on our cement pad. Hookups went smoothly and everything worked perfectly except for the cable service. We weren’t able to connect for some reason. The pool was wonderful on a warm sunny day! The store had everything we needed and the showers were amazingly clean and spacious. The dog park was a plus and a walk around the park was relaxing and scenic . Everything we wanted was close and convenient. Gatlinburg was just 20 minutes away. So much to see and do!

When fiber optics are involved we are at the mercy of outside companies to get us up and running again. They don't seem to work on our schedule LOL But we now have the cable restored and hopefully the wiring will need no more repairs. You listed several of the reasons that we think this is a great place to stay and we hope that you will come back and visit with us again when you are in the Pigeon Forge area. And you are right! Lots to see and do here!!

We had a wonderful Stay at the RV Resort. Customer service was a A Plus. The resort and facilities was very clean and the swimming area was awesome. The kids loved the slide.

This is one of the best RV Parks we have stayed at. The hospitality shown by everyone was second to none! Our site was perfect and the whole park is pristine! We enjoyed the pool area, the facilities provided, laundry etc, were modern, clean and so convenient! Jim, one of the employees was so friendly, we had great conversation and he advised us on so much about things in the region. All great advice, thanks Jim!! Perfect location between the craziness of the Parkway and the beautiful Smoky Mountain State Park! Quiet and relaxing! Thanks to all!

Our rv spot was easy in and out. The staff was great. The park was well maintained. T-mobile cell service was ok. The wifi was good. I really liked that they had 8 separate shower rooms. I didn’t use them but looked really clean. The laundry room was clean too. There is a trolley stop out front but call the trolley company to see if the trolley is running before waiting for it.

The park is very clean and nice. There were workers out all over the park cleaning up leaves as they fell even. And at check the staff was extremely nice.

First time in the area and we picked a winner. The resort is updated, clean, and the staff is great. We felt welcome from the front desk to the person the escorted us to our site. Sites are level concrete pads. Convenient to everything in the area. Great hiking to waterfalls in Smokies. The heated pool was very relaxing, didn’t try the water slide but looks like fun.

This park was was clean!!! The staff was always working and very friendly!! The sites are great you do have to use blocks to get a good even stay. But that is no different from other places. They have the sites far enough apart that you are not on top of each other. I love walking around because there is a creek that runs right by the property. Another advantage is close to everything! The thing that stood out the most for me was individual bath and shower rooms, each had there own commode shower, sink, very large with a locking door. Awesome.

Overall, our stay was great. The staff was amazing and the campground was kept very clean. I used the laundry several times (didn’t get to use all my saved quarters, but debit cards work too!). We were there the week of October 11, which was apparently Fall Break for students. I am a retired teacher so I enjoyed watching them play. It was tight quarters but I never heard anything too loud.
We will probably come back to your lovely facility, but at a less busy time. Thanks for a lovely time!

We had a great stay! It was raining and the owner made sure we were safe and everything was good with our site. This place is very well maintained, most sites are concreted and the people that work here are top notch. This is our second time staying here and we would recommend this place to camp to anyone!! We arrived on a Monday afternoon and was escorted to our campsite M1. It was one of the gravel sites that had not been cemented yet. It had one tree, so it was not very shaded site. The park is very clean and has a playground, a laundry/covered deck rocking chair area, bathrooms, pool with slide and well stocked store. The staff were very accommodating and the other campers were very friendly. The tv hookup was via cable, which provided a fair amount of channels and there was a WiFi code. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this park again.

with 40 foot MH, the vehicles parked helter skelter, caused very tight areas to get through. I suggest designating vehicle parking on sites. this is really my only complaint with park
