Not the first time we've camped here and we'll be back again. Accommodations were neat and clean and the staff helpful. We very much appreciated the gravel that prevents t mud on. a rainy day. Concrete sites were new. Big front to back rise, had to use a lot of blocks. Our only complaint was the VERY POOR internet connectivity

We reserved a camp spot about a month ahead of time on an end row with a little grass and a tree. When we got there, the tree had been cut down and concrete pad poured and another spot added. We brought this matter to the attention of the check in area but there were no other spots available for the weekend. We had room to park our 5th wheel about a foot from the camper behind us. Then we had room to park our truck beside the camper either over the fire pit or up by the office if we wanted to use the fire pit. There was no grass. The spots are just to close together for comfort. I found one dog walk up by the office. There was no place in the back to walk a dog. They did have a nice shower house area, Hunt Bros Pizza on site, heated salt water pool and friendly check in girls.

Sorry that you felt like there was some sort of switch done with regards to your site. We actually removed three trees. All of them were dead. And we were worried that one would fall on someone or something. A small child was killed at Elkmont Campground when a tree fell on their campsite. We will do whatever we need to so that the customers are safe. That is the most important thing. But all of the concrete was poured and completed by the end of December 2021. We are a little confused that you chose a site with no concrete a month ago. But you are correct with regards to the location of the dog park. It is located at the front of the park. However, you are free to walk your leashed dog anywhere in the park. There is a bag station located at the far back corner of the park down by the creek. We are okay with you taking your pet anywhere in the park as long as you are considerate of your neighbors. We are sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay with us, but we do appreciate your comments about staff and facilities. They do their best to make everyone's stay pleasant. Thank you for taking time to complete a review for us.

We had a great stay at Pigeon Forge RV resort. The only thing we didn't really like is that the sites were a little too close together.

Great place and clean. Bath houses are great. Spots very close to each other and they are doing improvements so some thing weren't finished. They just pouredthe concrete slab which was great but hadn't planted grass back so lots of dirt. Will be fixed and better soon.

Everything about this campground was amazing. From
the time we arrived. The amazing staff allowed us to check in as soon as they open,because we traveled all night then they took us to our site and helped us get backed in. (Huge argument saver with the wife and I lol) It's a very clean campground with very spacious, clean shower houses. Our girls loved the swimming pool and water slide. It has an amazing view and a creek right there to fish in. It's the perfect location. It's about a 3 mile drive to the Pigeon Forge strip and super close to the Goat on the Mountain coaster. There's a Dollar Store and a Kroger's super close by for groceries. We stayed 7 nights and look forward to many more.

It was our first time using our Rv and wasn't sure what to expect upon our arrival. But when we did our checking everything was great they took us to our site and the manager helped us to make sure that we were connected the right way. The place is in a great location near all attractions in Pigeon Forge, close to the island were you will find lots off things to do. We were 25 min from Gatlinburg were coming back in March

This was actually my very first experience driving our new travel trailer to a RV park or anywhere for that matter, so the staff at Pigeon Forge RV park being so helpful to novices like us was immensely important. The only thing I would change or improve would be to make sure the cable TV hook ups are actually working at all parking spots. I think they were still installing some of these amenities at the time of our stay.
Wonderful Resort WiFi at our site was terrible notified office and ground personnel basically no help or concern so if you have Roku TVs or have business very poor WiFi we have Verizon as a provider so maybe just our provider but this was second time here and it was the same both times so probably a deal breaker for a third trip. Really a wonderful place but if you are wanting to totally unplug and don't need to communicate with others.

We appreciate you taking time to give us feedback. There are solutions being looked at regarding wifi, but honestly, if you need it for business, you should probably have a hotspot. When the park first opened Verizon worked. But it seems that they either took down a tower, or another company no longer lets them use theirs. But now Verizon is very spotty in the park. We know that when the park is full, it is hard to stay connected to the wifi. But we do have cable that offers 49 channels and we also have 10 tv's that are Comcast. SEC network is on Comcast, so there is availability for games and programs at several locations. We're sorry to hear that you won't be coming back but we do thank you for staying with us twice.
