It was our second stay at PVRVR. The experience was outstsnding. The staff was very friendly, the resort was clean, the showers were excellent, and the amenities superb. We have booked our third stay for this fall.

The campground is very clean, secure and well organized. All of the staff I spoke with was very helpful and accommodating. The sites are large with plenty of room to spread out. You are tucked under a gorgeous mountain with a nice little creek running by. It was very peaceful yet close to the park and Pigeon Forge. One downside is the space to pull your camper out is very tight. Large campers should park on the ends or around the edges. We will stay there again.

We loved the campground, the wonderful staff and cleanliness of bath house. The pool is very warm for springtime so our grandson loves it. However, we hated the very little to no wifi from our campsite. We were on 2nd row from the back and couldn't use the TV for my grandson at night nor could I work remote the day I had planned due to only having wifi closer to the middle and front of the campground. I understand the campground was full due to the rod run but the wifi wasn't just spotty at times, it was mostly non existent from our campsite. They need to make wifi available in all areas of the campground.

We went here to join up with an RV group that we are part of. The sites were mostly shaded. All were concrete sites with patios except the water & electric only sites. They were gravel sites. The resort was extremely clean and everything looked new. The office/camp store was well stocked and the staff were polite, courteous, and helpful. The pool is a welcome bonus. Our granddaughter loved the 19' slide with twists and turns like a water park would have. The pool is saltwater and heated and open 10 AM to 10 PM. All the local attractions are a short drive away and some are within walking distance.

What a fabulous rv resort! I wish I had known about this at the beginning of our trip to the area. The amenities were first class! The lots were spacious and well kept. We will be coming back to this resort.

What a wonderful park - the day before I fell and broke my left knee cap and right ankle UGH but I just had to call for a lift to the pool to watch my grandkiddos swim awesome wish I was able to really enjoy it more hopefully next year

I rented a pull through campsite for my motorhome. It was not paved but was level with gravel and new grass. Very good location with no one on my awning side. Enjoyed it very much.

Fantastic place for family rigs. Pool looked amazing. Please note as in other reviews, this is a noisy place. We were right next to the outer road in the park. Constant RV's, trucks, golf carts and kids on bikes going within 10 ft of our backs when outside which made it very noisy. Again, GREAT place for kids. If you are looking for quiet, it's not the place. The staff is fabulous, it's clean, appears safe and has a little restaurant on site if you don't want to cook. Would I stay again, yes, but would look for a different interior spot within the park.

Very peaceful and quite close to downtown. Only negative the site had no shade in the afternoon. Couldn't sit outside.

Campground was very clean, staff was very polite. The only downfall is sites are extremely tight and its hard to navigate with bigger campers.
The campground is very clean and quiet, but I was disappointed to find our slot had no grass - just concrete. I was also annoyed to discover we were not allowed to use our doggie pen so when we sat outside, our dogs had to be kept in the RV (never been to a campground with that restriction before). On the plus side, the camp's WiFi signal is strong; pull-through access was great; we liked the daily trash pickup; there a Trolley Stop right outside the camp entrance; and the staff are very friendly.
Manager's Response
We are very sorry about the dog fences and lack of grass. In the past we have had people leave their dogs outside in the fenced area and go back in the rig. They were only gone a minute or two, but when they came back out, one of the dogs was gone. Maintenance had to help catch the dog and for that reason, we don't allow fencing. I know most people don't leave them alone, but a few have ruined it for everyone. We're glad that the campground was clean and everyone was friendly and we do hope that you will come back and see us again in the future.
