Site O2 - 46' Deep x 33' Wide

We don't understand why our responses are viewed as unprofessional. Isn't there always two sides to a story? Yes, we made a mistake. And no doubt we will make one again at some point. Apparently you leave no room for human error. Most people would be understanding when we do what we can to correct the situation. After checking on your reservation, yes ONE of your parties was moved. But you were still all together. You had a large pull through, N1 and N2 which are right there beside O-1. And yes we do our best to enforce rules. Our question would be, if you read the rules and signed your contract, why even bring a crate with you? The contract clearly states that you cannot use an enclosure of any kind. It's almost as if you were testing us to see if you could be upset with us about something other than your reservation. We have no idea how you take care of your yard, nor does it matter. But every time someone parks on the grass, it dies. We work hard to keep nice grass that is seeded, watered and maintained. You probably don't park on your grass at home and probably don't want your visitors to either. But LOTS of people stay here and never have any issues with the rules or the staff. You were mad at us before you even got here because of our booking mistake. You certainly seemed okay when you received a discount for the mistake but that still obviously didn't make you happy after all. With regards to our long term residents, you are the only complaint we have had.. We monitor their sites just like we do our nightly guests. When we see a situation we don't like, we address it. It is unfortunate that you didn't enjoy your stay. Again, we do apologize for make the mistake, but we don't apologize for doing everything we can to help out anyone who loses everything in a fire.

Thank you for taking time to write a review for us. Sometimes people make a reservation and don't show up, but we can't rent their spot because they may come in sometime during their reservation. But we will start putting in concrete on the remaining sites the first of November. Then all of the sites except row C will be concrete. We do have several pet disposal bags and cans spread through the park and also located at the dog park. But there may not have been one immediately in the vicinity of your site. We do hope that you come back to see us and we are glad that you enjoyed some of the amenities here at the park.
