Campgroung is very clean and the staff was great but, the site was too small. Our awning fully extended was over the top of the next camper. There was less that 2 feet to the unit behind us and you could hear conversation in the unit behind us.

We had a wonderful time. Sites we all cement with enough space to enjoy. JimBo was a excellent camp host and went out of his way to sure we had a great stay. All staff were happy and friendly! Baths and showers were better than any we’ve seen and always clean! We will definitely camp there again, location was great!

This was our 2nd time staying here, and both times have been fantastic! The staff is super friendly and made us feel like family. The park and its facilities are immaculate. They were filled up over the weekend, but you wouldn’t have realized it - nice and quiet at night. Lots of kids playing and riding bikes during the day. Very family friendly. The staff planned some fall events for the kids, which was great. We’ve already planned our next trip and can’t wait to return!

Really nice pool and store the bathrooms were also very nice everything seemed new. Very clean place. The spots were a little cramped though mine was supposed to be 48x40 and there was no way it was 40 ft wide. I’d say like 25ft. It was fine at the beginning of the week then towards the weekend I could almost touch the rv in the spot next to us from our table. Overall we will definitely be staying here again.

I had moderate expectations this close to the main stretch of pigeon forge, but we had a blast. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, the pool pristine, and it was great having a food option onsite. Would highly recommend.

Life in a motorhome

Very nice resort. The spots were tight, with that being said we have a 45ft motorhome plus tow,they let us over over to a better spot, it all worked out.
