Welcome Center/General Store Hours: 9:00am-6:00pm (Friday-Saturday 8am-8pm)
Pool Hours: 10:00am-10:00pm (Seasonal)
Community Lodge/Laundry Center: 24/7
Arrival Day: All guests and visitors must stop at the Welcome Center to check-in.
Departure Day: Please clean up your site and leave it in good condition.
WARNING REGARDING COVID-19: ANY INTERACTION WITH THE GENERAL PUBLIC POSES AN INHERENT RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19. PEOPLE WHO SHOW NO SYMPTOMS CAN SPREAD COVID-19 IF THEY ARE INFECTED. COVID-19 IS AN EXTREMELY CONTAGIOUS DISEASE THAT CAN LEAD TO SEVERE ILLNESS AND DEATH. THE CDC ADVISES THAT OLDER ADULTS AND PEOPLE OF ANY AGE WHO HAVE UNDERLYING MEDICAL CONDITIONS ARE ESPECIALLY VULNERABLE TO SEVERE ILLNESS FROM COVID-19. BY VISITING PIGEON FORGE RV RESORT, YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATED TO EXPOSURE TO COVID -19 AND AGREE NOT TO HOLD PIGEON FORGE RV RESORT OR ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, FAMILY MEMBERS OR VOLUNTEERS LIABLE FOR ANY ILLNESS OR INJURY. FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY, WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO FOLLOW CDC, STATE, AND LOCAL GUIDELINES.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations canceled MORE than 14 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 14 days to 48 hours prior to arrival date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival date are NON-REFUNDABLE. Refunds will not be given for early departures under any circumstances.
Pets: Maximum of 2 pets per campsite. NO EXCEPTIONS. No aggressive pets or excessive barking will be tolerated. Pets are NOT allowed in or around the resort buildings, pool areas, and pavilions. Pets must always be on a leash 6 feet long or less unless inside the guests’ RV. No structure or fences may contain your pet. If Resort staff must pick up pet waste, it will result in a $30 clean-up fee. Pets cannot be left unattended. No washing of pet bedding allowed in laundry facilities.
Visitors: Registration of visitors is required as soon as they enter the campground. Visitors agree to read and comply with the Resort’s Guidelines/Rules. Each visitor, ages 5 and up, will be charged $5 per day plus $10 per vehicle. Visiting vehicles will be parked in designated over flow areas and must have a resort parking tag visible. Guests who fail to register with the office will be asked to leave. Campground guests who fail to register their visitors will be subject to camp-site eviction.
Pool and Waterslide: Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult (18 years or older). Anyone behaving in an unsafe or destructive manner will be removed from the pool area. Please follow the posted pool/waterslide rules. Only one person allowed down the slide at a time (no tandem sliding). You must go down feet first. Only bathing suits are permitted in the pool, no cotton material allowed (i.e., Cut off, t-shirts, etc.). Swim diapers are required for babies and toddlers. No glass containers in the pool area. You may not eat or drink in the pool, beverages and food must be left at a table. No smoking in the pool area. Guests shall use the pool and slide facilities at their own risk.
NO LIFEGUARDS ARE ON DUTY.
Mats: No mats are allowed on the grass of ANY site. Mats may be placed on concrete or gravel ONLY.
Vehicles: All vehicles (RVs, passenger automobiles, trucks, boats, motorcycles, golf carts) must park in designated parking areas. Only one vehicle and one camper allowed per site. Any additional vehicle is $10 a day and must be parked in the designated over flow areas. All vehicles must have visible parking tags. The vehicle(s) may not infringe on adjacent sites. All vehicles must have valid registration, be in good running condition, and operated by a licensed driver. Vehicles deemed in poor condition: (i.e., flat tires, dead battery, leaks, broken windows, etc.) are prohibited from parking at the Resort. Any washing of RVs or maintenance/repairs, oil changes, lubes, etc. is prohibited. Vehicles in violation of the above guidelines will be towed at the owner’s expense. Use of personal 4-wheelers, ATVs, and drones are expressly prohibited. Personal wheelchairs are allowed.
Recreational Vehicles: With the exception of golf carts, all recreational vehicles (ATV's, UTV's, Gators, etc.) Must be approved by management prior to arriving at the park. If approved, certain rules will apply
Golf Carts. You may bring your own golf cart! There must be a licensed driver in the front seat at ALL TIMES. NO EXCEPTIONS. Gas carts may not be driven during quiet time (10pm - 8am). Rental carts may be driven by a licensed driver only. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Speed Limit: Please keep your speed under seven (7) mph. Watch for children at play. Pedestrians have the right of way.
Bicycles: For the safety of children, bicycle riding is welcome during daylight hours only. The use of helmets is highly recommended. Personal use of 4 wheelers, side by sides, and drones are expressly prohibited. Personal wheel chairs are allowed.
Trash: Trash pick-up is at 10 am and 6 pm daily. Please have all trash tied in plastic bags at the end of your camp-site ready to go prior to pick-up. No trash may be left on-site at other times. There are dumpsters on-site should you require off-hour disposal of trash. Please do NOT leave any trash out overnight.
Campfires, Trees, and Clotheslines: Campfires are allowed in fire rings only. The relocation of fire rings is not permitted without permission from management. BBQ’s and camp-stoves are ok. No cutting of trees. Clotheslines may not be hung from any trees or any of the Resort structures. Washing of clothes, dishes, or utensils in Resort bathroom sinks, showers, toilets, or pool is prohibited.
Alcoholic Beverages: This is a family-friendly resort. There is ZERO tolerance for public intoxication. If an alltercation occurs, you will be removed from the park.
Tents: No tents allowed on any RV site for any reason. No exceptions are allowed.
Smoking, Fireworks & Guns: Smoking is prohibited in or around “Resort property,” including but not limited to all buildings, pool areas, or pavilions. Please dispose of butts in provided, approved receptacles. Do not discard butts in the grass, gravel sites, woods, creek, parking lots, or trash cans. No fireworks, sparklers, or explosives are allowed at any time. No guns allowed.
Wi-Fi Notice: By using the Resort’s Internet Access Network, you agree that the service may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of federal or state statutes/regulations is prohibited.
Media: Guests permit Pigeon Forge RV Resort and its’ affiliates, subsidiaries, and licensees to use guests’ names and photogenic likeness in all forms and media for advertising, promotions, trade, and any other lawful purpose.
Emergency: Resort management has the right to move RVs, vehicles, or belongings without notice or liability in the event of a Resort emergency or when deemed necessary. Any site changes must be approved by Resort management.
Damages: Guests agree to pay for any damages to “Resort property,” which may occur because of their actions. Guests agree to immediately report any accident, injury, or property damage to the manager/staff member. If a hazard or dangerous situation exists on the premises, guests will notify the manager/staff immediately. Guests agree to take full responsibility for themselves and all people in their party, including minors and visitors.
General Liability/Injuries: Guests of the Resort accept the privileges of using ALL Resort facilities including but limited to: the campsites, pool area, waterslides/other water attractions, Welcome Center, Community Lodge, etc. with the understanding that they hereby release Pigeon Forge RV Resort or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, family members or volunteers from any liability for the loss or damages to property and/or injury to themselves/visitors. In addition, the owner(s)/management of the Resort absolve themselves from all liability and responsibility pertaining to ANY loss by fire, theft, acts of God, accident, or any other cause whatsoever.
UPON BOOKING, YOU AFFIRM TO HAVE READ & AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THE RULES/GUIDELINES LISTED ABOVE, OR AS POSTED IN THE RESORT’S OFFICES, AND/OR ON THE GROUNDS OR OTHER SITE STATED BY THE RESORT MANAGEMENT AND STAFF.
