We wanted a quiet place out of the crowds in Pigeon Forge - this was perfect: Clean, neat, quiet, beautiful scenery, great amenities, and helpful hosts!

Not at all woodsy, (cement pads that are LEVEL good water, stable electricity and cable. Very friendly staff and informative about what to see in Pigeon Forge and surrounding areas... The only downside was we were there on days when there were some noisy cars in town and were racing up and down the streets. Woke us several times during the night.

This was our second vist and we love the campground. We love the B side but the adjoining land owners was very disrespectful and disruptive to our stay. We totally understand that the campground had no control and we don’t intend on letting the crazy neighbor ruin our fun. It is a problem but we alerted the staff of the situation. Our site pad was dirty from the previous campers when we checked in.

Thank you so much for taking time to write a review for us. We are so sorry about the condition of your site when you checked in. Maintenance gets an arrival and departure list every morning and they prepare the sites for the day. They must have overlooked B-19. But we will make sure to let them know about the situation. Our neighbor behind B row isn't always hard to deal with. He doesn't like it when we have a concert even though we always quit at 10 p.m. Ignoring him seems to be the best solution for us because as soon as the music stops, he leaves the campers alone. We're sorry that he made part of your stay unpleasant and hopefully that will be the last time as that was our last concert for a while. We appreciate you coming back to see us and we hope that you will stay with us a third time. Everything should got a lot smoother. Thanks again for your feedback and for the recommendation.

Super nice campground. The staff was very accommodating and even lead us to and helped with getting into campsite. Probably the nicest bath houses I've seen at a campground. We will definitely be staying again. A++

We stayed on the B block and it was perfect! The pool was THE BEST! Very quite during September and all the facilities were very nice. Bath house was the best we have been to also. The wifi was terrible even for emails but oh well. Overall, awesome.

Our Site was very Large and the campground was very well kept. The staff were very helpful and polite. The laundry room was clean and there were a lot of machines. We enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend this campground.

This is our favorite campground in Pigeon Forge! They are friendly when you check in. Someone come to escort you to your site and helps you get parked! The sites are always clean and I never see any trash blowing around. The heated pool is a plus and the bathrooms are always very clean!
I would highly recommend this campground!

Somewhat Satisfied. Park was clean, beautiful scenery and spacious lots and conveniently located to attractions and restaurants. Very well maintained. My disappointment was not being able to put up the fencing around front of camper to contain my pet. I use the fence as a boundary to keep my pet in as we enter/exit the camper and other pets out. No fence meant my pet spent 4 days on a leash or in the camper. Rule should be reconsidered as my fencing creates a safe place for my pet and enables us to enjoy outside activities at our campsite without the fear of another dog running into my campsite or my dog running into the road or another campsite. Would definitely stay here again if they changed the rule.

We are very sorry that you didn't quite enjoy all of your stay with us. We do appreciate you taking the time to do a review for us and we understand your point regarding a dog fence. Not everyone has small dogs and yours may stay inside the enclosure, but some dogs can only be controlled if they are on a leash. We try to keep the rules consistent for everyone and the leash rule is the easiest to monitor and enforce. We probably won't be allowing the fences anytime soon and we understand that this rule is a deal breaker for you. But we are glad that you did try us out, and we would love to have you back at some point in the future.

Very nice place and great to be at during the crowded fall time of year. Very close to spring line road to travel up to the smokies and by pass the traffic from Pigeon Forge.

This campground was great. The staff was friendly & helpful. Our site was clean and ready when we got there.! Beautiful site and close to everything but far enough that it’s quiet. The bath houses were big and clean too! We will definitely visit again next year.
