Very clean camp ground easy access! The staff is very friendly and helpful this is the 4th time we've stayed at this campground! It's our favorite! The bath house is always clean!

Heading back to CT and we were told to hit up Pigeon Forge on our way. Looked up where to stay and found this place. We pulled in after hours but found our paperwork quite easily. We began to 61st 6drive to our spot when a very pleasant man on a golf cart stopped us and asked where we were going. He then proceeded to guide us over, help us align perfectly in our spot and give us a brief run down of the facility. Everyone we met was pleasant and helpful. The store is stocked with a lot a bit of everything you might need. The coffee ☕️ is always hot and fresh and the pizza absolutely delicious! My grandson loved it along with the delicious slushies. I absolutely recommend stopping here. I know we'll be back in the fall for my Grandsons birthday and we will definitely be staying here.
Oh, and their pool is refreshing and fun, the water slide was a blast and they have an air hose to blow up all your Floats too!

Would have been nice to have some grass at our site but overall had a great stay. The bath house was exceptionally clean. The staff spoiled our 10 month chocolate lab with lots of belly rubs. He didn’t want to leave. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Site was a little tight with there being 2 campers next to us and both had multiple vehicles but I would definitely return. The location is perfect for exploring the area.

Jim had the best time with your sweet furbaby and we were very impressed with your training! That is going to be a really large pet when he finishes growing, but will no doubt be a real joy. Overall our stay was great the pool was nice and the park it self was clean and well keep the only thing is D 13 is a corner lot and you do get a lot of in and out traffic who do not know how to drive slow the speed limit is just a suggestion I suppose

We are glad that for the most part you enjoyed your stay. Corner lots will always have more traffic, but we are sorry that there were issues with speeding. Our staff do their best to slow people down, but we don't always see them. Hopefully you mentioned it to management so that they could keep an eye out for the driver. It isn't really possible for us to be at the front all the time, but we do the best we can since we are a kid friendly. We appreciate you writing a review for us and for recommending the park. Hopefully you will come back and see us again sometime in the future.

7 days of vacation was excellent.The property wifi could definitely use some improvement.I was very surprised to learn my next years vacation rental for the same week will be 50% more expensive than this years due to rental increases,but thats the way everything is going.We really enjoyed ourselves and we will be back. Thank you so much for writing a review for us. We do provide free wifi, but if people need wifi for work or really important issues we always recommend a hot spot. A lot of people use it for streaming and that uses up bandwidth quickly. We try to get people to use the cable channels we provide, but we know that a group of our customers prefer to stream. We are looking at the increases that have been implemented and are working to try and reach a happy medium with the customers and still cover the cost of operations in the park. Thank you for choosing to stay with us and we love that you are willing to bear with us and come back in the future. We love our "repeats" and always look forward to seeing them on their return visit!

I loved our site that we were in. The campground is clean and restrooms are updated with privacy and very clean. We enjoyed the pool UNTIL...
I have two children and one of those went down the slide backwards, along with 95% of the other kids and according to my child an employee yelled at him. So I ask to speak to the employee and the manager came out to the pool area and did NOT handle the situation well at all. He was rude!!! Very rude! I just wanted to speak to the lady and ask what was said and why I was not told. I was there at the pool area and my back was turned to watch my other child and I was told I needed to be watching my own children. Well I obviously don’t have eyes in the back of my head to watch both if one is on one side of the pool and the one on the other. I know my child didn’t follow the rules and he needed to be corrected but come to the parent, not yell at the child. His time was ruined and so was mine. The manager did not have good professional skills to handle the situation. There are pool rules but if they are going to be yelling at other peoples children to abide by the rules then they need to have staff to enforce the rules at the slide. Such as when to go down the slide because you CANNOT see if the other person got down the slide yet or not and to remind ALL children feet first. THE ONE THING YOU DON’T DO IS YELL AT GUEST OR DOWN GRADE THE GUEST! I have expressed the situation to my RV friends with children and they have marked this location OFF their must-go to list. Sadly we will not be returning and this was our 3rd time here but due to how the manager handled the situation it made my family feel really uncomfortable!

There are lots of things to address in this review, but we will start with the number of times you have been here. By the third visit you know the rules and so do your children. We go over the rules when you check in and give you a copy in the envelope you receive at check in. Apparently you AND your children ignored them. At that point the staff usually has to step in and say something. We can see the slide in the office and we do our best to monitor things. You keep using the word yelling. I am one of the managers here at the park and I was watching the employee when she went out there. Your son and another child were breaking the rules. She went outside and had to wait for both of them to come down the slide again. And yes, even with her standing there, they ignored the rules. She was not yelling. In fact, she leaned down so they could hear her over the noise at the pool to remind them that they could not go down two at a time and not backwards. The other child never said a word about her yelling at him. I was not outside when you spoke with the other manager. But after the conversation you had with him, one gentleman came in and said that YOU were the one who had a raised voice and he couldn't believe you were so upset. And yes, lots of kids disobey the rules. We don't go out to talk to them because we are mean people here at the park. We are trying to keep your children safe. We understand that you are not watching them constantly. But we can't stop what we are doing and hunt down the parents. We rarely have anyone upset when we say something to the children. In fact, the parent almost always comes over and corrects the child and reminds them again of the rules. This is a VERY family friendly park. That's why we have that pool and slide. For all the kids as well as the adults. And we do hope that at some point you will come back for a fourth visit with us.

The staff is always very kind! We stayed in site D13 and loved that site. Easy in and out! We live a county over so we’ve been here a couple times now and have a couple more stays booked for over the summer. And the bathrooms are updated and very clean!

We carried my grandson on his first camping trip with just his grandparents and it was a great experience for us all. The campground was decorated with fall and halloween decor and many campsites were also decorated. We enjoyed riding the golf cart at dark for him to see everything lite up.

This was our first time at this campground and we definitely will be back, as well as recommend it to others. The accommodations were well taken care of and the staff was so nice! I liked how each bathroom had a shower, I would like it if there was another lock on the door though. Sometimes the push button ones aren’t always reliable. The store was reasonably priced, which also always great! We were there at an off time so the only thing I would like to see is since the store closes early if there was a way after hours to get firewood. And there very well maybe already and I just missed it. We look forward to another great trip!

The park is very clean. Love the pool area wish it would stay open later in Sept. Will be staying everytime we come back to Pigeon Forge.

Just FYI we didn't close the pool last year until the week after Thanksgiving. It just depends on how early the cold weather hits. Hard for the heaters to keep up if it is really cold outside. We'd highly recommend this RV resort. We were hesitant about the site after reading the online reviews. We were pleasantly surprised, this place is amazing! The site appeared to have new gravel and they were installing it on other sites. The location is great and the place is spotless!

my 1st site was basically mud and almost got stuck trying to move to a new spot (40 foot coach with 15 foot trailor) the 2cd spot was much better but still needed more rock on the side where you need to walk to hook up and disconnect. The park itself was beautiful and the office was as well along with the pavilion. They just need more rock on the sites. The front desk folks were kin and helpful in helping us get to a new spot. Would come back again.

Best experience at a campground! Couldn’t have been nicer staff as well as facility!
It was very nosey. Cars and tucks and golf carts on a constant cruise through, driving by our site. We could not even have a conversation with each other.Our sight was on such a slope, we could not level it. We had to park our truck away from our site. Under age kids driving golf carts. Dogs in our site.Not one minute of any privacy. Our site was the worst in the park. We asked to move but was told they were expecting a crowd for a party. NOT. We counted dozens of unused sites. We will never go back.
