Park was clean and quiet. We were there in September. Park is located near the center of Pigeon Forge. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Sites are spacious with full hook ups. Wi-fi was very good.

We have been coming to this location for many years. We really enjoy the upgrades of the past few years. Glad they left all the trees!

Check in was a breeze with very friendly staff. The down side is that the sites are not level. The first site we were in would have required the wheels of our pusher to be off the ground! Not a great option for a weeks stay. They were very accommodating and showed us 2 other sites that were available. We moved to one of these, and while better, we chose to stay a little out of level rather than have wheels off the ground. We are 43’ long, and a shorter Rv might not have the same issue.
Location is great, pool is fantastic, Staff wonderful!

Thank you so much for writing a review for us. We understand how frustrating it can be with the sites, but the park has a natural slope to it. That's a big plus for us when the creek gets out of it's banks. We also tried to keep as many trees as possible when building the park and that made a difference in the layout of the sites. But we are so glad that you enjoyed your stay and found everything to be clean and neat. We have a great staff and they enjoy taking care of our guests and making sure that things go well. We hope that you will come back and see us again when you are in the Pigeon Forge area.
