Smokey mountain rv park has been the best rv park we have stayed at so far. The staff was amazing along with very clean amenities and the pool area. The rv park was close to shopping and amusement rides and a short drive to cades cove and other places to go site seeing. We would recommend this campground to anyone .

This is a very nice resort. Very nice people and always someone around to ask questions to. I would come back again for sure. I highly recommend this resort. The in and out of the resort is easy, the road is not too busy to make it good getting in and out. Very clean bathrooms. Very nice hookups. Thanks for a very good vacation!

Six in our group and everyone loved it...two kids, two young adults and two parents. We all enjoyed the campground. The pool was the favorite. Absolutely great for the kids. Zero entry and overall pool depths were perfect and can't forget the awesome slide. The only complaint we had was our site was covered in some kind of tiny bugs and the grass was too long. Our water shoes were left on the ground and got covered in these tiny bugs (similar to chiggers). Our overall experience was great though and we'd gladly stay again.

Sorry to hear about the bugs!! We don't know what that could have been but after your review we went down and sprayed so hopefully whatever it was is gone. We try to get in and mow before each camper gets to their site, but right now as soon as one leaves another pulls in. A good problem to have though! Even with a few issues we are so happy that you would stay with us again and we hope that it is sooner rather than later!!
We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed every moment. The pool was so refreshing and so much fun for the kids. We were conveniently located for our trips to Dollywood and Gatlinburg as well as other attractions on what looked like the Vegas strip. HaEveryone at the RV park were friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that the sites were too close, but it's a fair trade off for the location. We will stay here again!

It's nice to be close to the restaurants, attractions and Dollywood, but when you return to the camper you feel like you are out of the chaos of Pigeon Forge.
