Super friendly staff. Ladies in office were helpful and the maintenance guys were on the ball. Trash was picked up everyday and grounds were neat. My biggest brag would be the bath house. Each shower was completely enclosed with sink and toilet towel hooks and bench. Super super clean large and private. Camping sites were angled so you didn't feel crowded.

front desk was very helpful and nice, pool was clean- perfect temp & refreshing on a hot day. The bathrooms were clean every day we used them. Enjoyed having the Pizzas available - tasty & quick.

We stayed for 6 days with two other families and had a great time. Very clean, everything is new! Nice and quite at night, no one partying. Kids enjoyed the pool and the slide. My only complaint would be the other campers walking through the middle of our site. Aside from that, one of the nicest campgrounds we've been to.

We stayed 4 nights in late September. The property had that new feel and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Grandkids loved the heated pool. I would recommend the property to friends and family. We plan to return.

Our first time at pigeon forge rv resort the staff was friendly and attentive the check in was effortless and a staff member showed us to our site and helped back us in. The concrete pad was good for our fw and we had a concrete pad for the picnic table but the pad didn’t line up real well with our camper no biggie we had good weather so being under the awning wasn’t such a need the park itself is clean with nice amenities we didn’t have the grandkids so didn’t use the pool but it was very nice and the clubhouse always seemed to have people hanging out overall the park was a nice change from some of the other more congested parks we have stayed at in the area we’re going back in October to visit Dollywood’s fall festival

Put simply, there was nothing to ding for. Park was laid out well and sites were designed well. Unlike many parks water supply was high enough and sewer drain very low. Our site was fairly level. Laundry was sparkling clean and clubhouse looked great though we didn't use it.

My husband and I were supposed to fly to Pensacola, FL for our wedding/honeymoon but a hurricane decided to wipe it out the day before our scheduled events so we decided to travel around with our camper/trailer instead! We came across this RV Park and it was the most family/friendly and quiet place along with being very very clean and kept up and the hospitality was endless. The location was perfect. Not too close to the loudness of the city but close enough to run any errands needed within 15 min. We will be coming back with our children and animals!
