Thank you for taking time to write a review. We opened in July of 2020 so the park is fairly new. And we do have some sites that aren't as level as others. There are a couple of reasons that is an issue. The sites were originally gravel, but the owners decided to concrete all the pads. The park roads had already been paved, so the pad had to meet the road. Also, there is a natural slope in the park which is a big plus for us when the creek floods. It usually happens 2-3 times a year and when it does, all the outer rimmed sites are under water. In fact, it can get high enough that you can't see the electrical boxes on row C. Because of the slope, we don't have to evacuate the whole park. Only row C and the end of each row. It can be inconvenient, but we also tried to work around as many trees as possible to try and keep some shade. There are sites that pick up satellite. If you come back and stay with us again, try to book the other end of row F. Lots of open space that faces the direction you need. We appreciate the recommendation and again, thank you so much for the review.

Thank you so much for writing a review for us. And just for future reference we hope that the city replaces the sewer line that runs parallel to the creek soon. They didn't give us a definite time, but when that happens I think the owners are then going to tie into that line. If they tie in now, the city has said that they will tear it out. But we agree it will be nice when we can add sewer. We appreciate you recommending us and we do hope that you come back and stay with us again!

We are so sorry you feel that this is not a good place for small children. We are VERY family friendly and as we discussed, parents have a certain responsibility as well. You would not recommend others stay here, but you stayed two weeks! The only time you listed these complaints and your displeasure with the park was the day you left! If you were that dissatisfied, why did you not mention something to the staff during those 14 days? We don't understand that at all. Most people would not stay at a park for two weeks that they would not suggest to other people. Hopefully you will find a park that is PERFECT for you.
