Stayed 3 nights at Pigeon Forge RV resort. All sites are paved which is a big + for all rigs. Bathhouses are private and in awesome condition! It’s unfortunate that due to freezing temps, we were unable to use all facilities but great location near Gatlinburg.

This is my fourth time staying with you all and I can’t say enough good things about your park!!! Staff is always very helpful and friendly and the facilities are clean and neat. Can’t ask for more than that! I’ll definitely be back with my family again.

This was our first stay and I must say was overly impressed with the friendliness of staff, the family atmosphere and overall facilities that makes this park stand out from many that we have vacationed. We like to stay somewhere where they pay attention to cleanliness and around the pool facility and most notably the main bathhouse was immaculate. They have one of the best bath/restroom facilities I've seen in a long time, great investment!! You're within 5 min of the main drag of Pigeon Forge and very close to basic needs such as propane, fuel, little fast food and a Kroger grocery store without fighting typical Pigeon Forge traffic but they do have some supplies, drinks and an onsite food vendor to take care of most needs. Highly recommend you try them out and enjoy a clean, family oriented atmosphere without any riffraff, A+++

This was our first time staying at this resort. I had done my research when choosing an RV resort to stay at and this one had the best reviews! The staff is friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean and the views surrounding you are unbeatable. We chose a pull-through site and had another camper behind us. I think next time we will choose a site that does not have someone backed up against us to avoid that other person being too close to our rig which this person was. We also had the unfortunate experience with unsupervised kids roaming the lounge destroying some of the games and harassing my kids while they were showering in the bathhouse. I do believe management was aware of the situation (due to cameras in the lounge) and handled it appropriately. Overall, we had a great time and would absolutely stay there again!

We definitely need help from the parents with making sure that things don't get out of hand. Kind of a dilemma for everyone involved. We do ask people to let us know when things like that happen and we do our best to remedy the problem. But we are glad that you had a good time otherwise and are happy to hear that you would stay with us again.

This is one of the nicest RV parks we’ve stayed at. The bathrooms are super clean and safe with digital codes, pool is really nice and controlled for campers only, the staff meets you at the gate and drives you to your site and the grounds are super clean. It’s only about 1.5 miles from the middle of Pigeon Forge. This is one of our new favs!

SMRV Park and Resort is a great place to stay when visiting the Pigeon Forge area. Roomy, concrete pad sites that are easy to park in. The location is close to all major attractions in the area. Traffic on Wears Valley Rd is not bad, we were able to get our rig in and out with no problem.

Loved the park and the pool. Spent a lot of time at the pool. It was heated to the perfect temperature, very clean and nice water slide. Park was very clean and has a nice play ground. Enjoyed the rocking chairs on the porch.

This was our second stay here and we highly recommend this RV park! The grounds are kept up so nice and the bathhouse is great! You have a full bathroom/shower all to yourself. The pool was warmed up too!! It was a very enjoyable stay. We like that it’s off the main drag but still quick to get to everything.

The Best campground in the area! Our site was right at the pavilion, it made listening to the live band and watching the kids play on the playground so enjoyable. The heated pool was actually heated and made swimming on the first of April enjoyable as well. Every staff member we encountered was helpful and nice. We even had our friend's campsite "flocked" with the help of the staff, it made for a good laugh. We can't wait to visit again.

This place is wonderful. Sites are great, pool is great, and the bath house is the cleanest I have ever seen.

Nice clean campground with all she amenities! Close to everything, shuttle runs out front every 40 minutes. The showers, bathrooms are amazing! Everything is like brand new. Live music on the deck of pavilion, pool and water slide for kids. Only negative is sites are a bit tight but most people are gone all day to local activities.

This was our first RV trip experience and we couldn’t have been happier. The park was clean & nicely appointed. The big maple trees were beautiful and had a nice backdrop. The amenities were very nice. Everything worked properly. The location was convenient to attractions, shops & gas stations. Definitely recommend this place!
