We love this RV resort! The staff is always so sweet and we felt so welcomed. The facilities and sites are very clean as they have a crew maintaining them all day. The concrete sites are perfectly laid and so well kept. It’s conveniently located near the main strip in Pigeon Forge but also far away enough that you don’t feel the stress of the heavy traffic. If you are contemplating whether or not you should stay at this resort, book it now as you won’t be disappointed!

We have stayed at this property for several years and been satisfied. However, this year they changed their policy regarding trailers and made us pay $25 a day for a trailer. We were told that they had to hold the spaces out front for smaller trailers. The lot was not nearly full of trailers or extra vehicles. There was no reason for this charge and it was not right to add this just before arrival when they knew you couldn't find another spot.

We are very sorry to hear that you won't be back to stay with us. At the beginning of March we emailed our guests staying over Rod Run to let them know of the charges. Maybe you didn't get the email, but we did our best to keep everybody informed. Since several places were charging $65 a day to park, we kept our prices down for our guests. We have only been open since July of 2020 and each Rod Run we are busier than the time before. It is always tricky to make sure that everyone has plenty of places to park and that the campground is still open enough to move around. We hope that you find a place that will accommodate your needs.
