Booking online was very easy. Picked our spot. Very nice people. Good sites with concrete parking and patio. Didn’t use the shower house but we did look at them. Very nice layout and clean. Had all in one shower/toilet/sink for each separate bathroom. Plenty of them and very nice large wheelchair accessible showers and hooks in the disability ones. Checkout was easy we just hooked and left. They clean each spot before and after you leave.

This was our first stay at PFRV and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities are magnificent and the surrounding mountains beautiful. We have already booked a longer stay on May.

Pigeon Forge RV Resort is a wonderful place to camp. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good clean resort. The pool is nice. Close to the strip with all the activity. This was our second time of staying with them and we will be back.

I was very satisfied with my stay at pigeon forge tv resort, my only complaint was most of the freshly poured concrete pads were not made level.

We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay. We wish that all of our sites were level, but in order to do that, the trees would have to be taken out. The park has a natural slope to it which works in our favor when the creek gets out of its banks. Everything at the top of the park stays dry, but all of C row and the ends of the other rows end up under water. It is an inconvenience for some, but most of the customers understand that being in the mountains on a creek has its challenges. We do hope that you come back to see us and thank you for recommending us to others!

We really enjoyed our stay. The only complaint I have and it’s a very minor one at that was the cable service. There were no sports channels in the programming offered. I meant to ask someone at the office thinking maybe I was doing something wrong with my hookup. I’m not a rabid sports junky but I do like to keep up with what’s going on in the sports world. You have a very beautiful campground and we will definitely be coming back.

Campsite was very nice, cement pad, tight fit for truck parking but manageable on our site. Nice heated salt water pool with big slide. Conveniently located off the main srip and all attractions. The staff was friendly, going back next year.

The campground was great. The sites were clean. The heated pool and multiple firepits around it were great. The bath house was amazing. This is a great place to stay if you have kids camping with you. It's close to the strip, yet just far away to get out of the crazy traffic. All staff that we met were very nice and helpful.
