Overall was great! Clean facilities and camp sites. All the staff were wonderful, except for one. We were caught off guard when we ordered pizza Sunday while we were at the pool. As soon as we approach the window the lady rolled her eyes at my husband and me. Then when we said we wanted to order 3 pizzas she got an attitude and asked us if we realized she was the only one working. Once we started telling her how we would like our pizzas, she got mad because she had to use another piece of paper. Then got mad again because we were not ordering it the way she thought we should. I never experienced this type of service before with an employee anywhere but especially not at our favorite RV park. I was not able to get her name. She was a little older with short brown and blonde hair. We were nothing but nice to this lady and don’t understand why we were treated in this manner. If she doesn’t like her job why is she still working? The ladies in the front office were very sweet and apologized for this lady’s behavior and tried to give us a free pizza coupon. We told them it wasn’t about the pizza and we are hoping management will look into this and understand this lady’s behavior is inappropriate and could potentially run off the regulars.
On a more positive not all the other staff where amazing. The guys and the women. We look forward to our next stay in the mountains.

First we want to say thank you so much for writing a review for us and offering feedback. We are very sorry about the situation that took place at the pizza counter. That sort of behavior is not what we want out of our employees and we did address it. Sometimes our private problems spill over into our work space. That is certainly no excuse for poor behavior, and she is very sorry she wasn't able to separate work from home. She read the review and was very apologetic for the way you were treated. She did ask that we pass on to you that she is very embarrassed about the way she handled herself and hopes that this does not affect your view of the park. She is working diligently on getting some things in order and that is in no way a normal interaction with her. But we made it clear that we could not have that happen again. We appreciate so much your being a repeat customer and we hope that you will come back to see us. Again, thank you for the review and the recommendation.

Property was excellently maintained, staff was like family and pool was one of the best. RV spot was super and all the other campers were friendly, considerate and made our stay fantastic. +90 temps during the week made the pool a real plus.

Paved level site was awesome. Perfect size for our 38' travel trailer. Loved the fact that they had lots of things going on (concert, luau, etc). Restrooms and showers were clean and new. My wife said we'd definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time spending Halloween with our friends at Pigeon Forge RV resort. This was actually the 4th year we've been spending this time at this resort and plan on continuing!! Great RV park but more importantly the staff always makes us feel special and wanted.
