Very friendly staff. Very nice pool, beautiful laundry/ bathhouse. Biggest downfall is the sites a very tight and small. People have no choice but to park their vehicles in the road or grass.and it’s very noisy. Everyone who stayed there drove way too fast. Speed limit was not enforced and with so many kids there it’s only a matter of time before someone gets run over.

Thank you for writing a review for us. We do have nice facilities, but I'm sorry you weren't happy with the site. I'm not sure how big your rig is, but the site is 50' and people usually park in the gravel, but it can be tight sometimes. We love having families here, and kids tend to make things noisy. But we love being a family friendly park. We do our best with people driving too fast, but if the guys are out in the park they don't always see everyone coming in and out here in the front. We appreciate the recommendation and we hope that you come back and try us again some time.

We are locals and we were out of power and water. I called around and they were the only ones that said come on in. Once we were able to get there and explain our situation they gave us a special rate for the stay. They went above and beyond in order to help us. We highly recommend this campground to Everyone. We loved Pigeon Forge RV Resort. The office staff are kind, friendly and very helpful. And the men who lead you to your RV site are so very helpful and knowledgeable. By far the cleanest shores/bathhouses I’ve experienced. Rv sites are large and very clean. We have already made 3 reservations to return in 2022. Highly recommend!!

We have stayed here 2 times now. The first time was in October and it was perfect zero complaints,told the staff we'd definitely be back. Came back in November, campground was still amazing but our neighbors pretty much ruined the weekend for us. We were kept up all night, till around 3am due to them being extremely loud yelling and fighting with each other. We had to call the police, 4-5 police cars showed up. After all of that my only real complaint is, I was told the next day that I would be contacted by management. It's now December and I've yet to be contacted. I know it was just bad luck that we got bad neighbors but a simple call from a manager would've meant a lot.
