We absolutely loved our stay at Pigeon Forge RV Resort. The staff was great, and the park was exceptional. This is our first stay at an RV Park in the Pigeon Forge area, but we will definitely become regulars at this resort!

We had a great experience. The RV park was nice, located well, and the staff was very professional and accommodating. The campground was clean and all areas well maintained. The only negative that might need to be address is that some campers walk down to use the “on the creek” sites as a pet poop zone...and, despite pet poop bags provided, they leave the poop on the ground. Of course it’s really not the parks fault that people do this but maybe the park needs to stress that the pet owners need to only use the designated pet walk and/or removes their pets poop when walking them. It’s terrible to constantly step in pet poop at your site. I will say this, when we checked into our site, the staff tried their best to pick it all up...and they investigated who was doing it.
We would happily recommend this campground.

Thank you so much for staying with us! And you are right about the problem with some people's pets. We don't understand why some can be so inconsiderate. We do try our best to monitor issues when we know about them. The staff always tells pet owners at check in that they must pick up after their pet. And we always get a response of we always pick it up. But obviously there are some who don't. We will pass on the compliments to the staff and we are so glad to hear that everyone was helpful and professional. We hope that you come back and stay with us again in the future!

Very clean camp site with level lots. Large pool with a water slide. Very clean bath houses. Close enough to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge but far enough away that it's quiet at night. Highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again.

The time there was great park management was very helpful with all the set up needs. Park is so clean like its brand new. The only issue we had was the dumpnstation is a little high for our camper.
Check-in was smooth, someone escorted us to our campsite, he helped us back in, trash pick up available most of the day, the staff was floating around the campsite all day to keep things orderly or help with whatever was needed, the playground, basketball court & pool were great (except Saturday it felt like the whole campground was in/at the pool and the water was murky & had lots of floaters), the kids enjoyed riding bikes & scooters around, at check out someone promptly led us to a dump site (we were on the river) and made sure we were good. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for taking time to give us a review. You were here during a really busy time for sure! Even though we treat the pool every morning, not everyone gets out to visit the facilities. And lots of sunscreen and spilled drinks go into the pool. But we do our best to keep it as clean as possible and safe for the guests.
