We really enjoy our time at the park. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The park was clean, the pool was very nice. The bathhouse was as exceptional!! Nice as hotels we’ve stayed in!
The only thing I would change is to have a gate at the entrance so only park guest and employees could come and go. Just would be a nice safety feature.

Campground was kept immaculate . People were constantly riding around on golf carts taking care of anything that needed attention all day. We were on the creek side with a 40 ft and towing Jeep and had plenty of room. Bathhouse was super nice with each area an individual bathroom. Friendly helpful staff. Had a little Jeep trouble and 2 of the men jumped to helping us out!

We love staying here. This is our 4th year staying here. The staff is always friendly. VERY CLEAN. And they keep up with maintaining to make sure everything is in proper working order. We haven't found anything about this place to complain about.

The weather was wet and rainy while we visited. The heated pool was nice since it was chilly even in the middle of June. Our son loved the slide. The restroom areas and laundry was very clean, nice camp store. We had a spot by the creek which I thought would be great, but most of the spots are grass and they do not allow mats on the grass. So our area stayed very muddy and it was hard to enjoy being outside the camper. It is also in a slightly noisy location. However, with the proximity to everything, that is expected. Overall. We enjoyed our stay.

We don't allow the mats simply because it will kill the grass and there would be even more mud. If you decide to stay on the creek again, we do have mats that allow the grass to grow through and for the ground to get air. We keep those at the shop for our guests to use. We are so glad that despite the rain you did enjoy your stay. We hope that you will come back and see us again the next time you are in the Pigeon Forge area!

We initially planned on staying at Pigeon Forge RV resort for 4 nights but it was SO nice we extended our stay to a week. The resort seems brand new, facilities are plentifuland well laid out, the staff was all incredibly nice and the location is perfect. It's by far one of the nicest RV resorts we've stayed at and highly reccomend it if you'll be in the area.

This resort is perfect for us- newer amenities that feel fresh, a staff that is friendly, polite and helpful, and a campground that is sized just right for our kids to feel safe and for us to feel at peace. This year was our second time in the campground and we’ll happily come back every year for our annual trip. It truly feels like a home away from home.

We stayed on the creek side sites. Got to play in the creek, swim in the pool and slide down the water slide, The shower houses are amazing! Staff is friendly, the place is clean!

My husband and I stayed in C-33 facing the creek. It was idea for us. We enjoyed having coffee listening to the water move. The bath house was very nice and so was the pool. As we left, we were greeted with a smile at the entrance. There was a lovely gentleman there that helped us dump our tanks. I loved this resort and will be back next month.

My wife, son and I decided to spend fall break camping this year in lieu of our usual beach vacation. We’re no strangers to camping but this was our first RV resort experience. We were pleasantly surprised with how well maintained and clean the facilities were (compared to state parks). The bath house had several private restrooms with showers, a large laundry facility, a well stocked game room and a large covered patio with TVs and fireplaces. In addition to clean updated facilities, the resort had a large heated pool with a slide and plenty of deck space for parents. Equally as impressive was the fact it was open and comfortably heated in early October. The general store was lack luster but given the proximity to several shops, not really necessary (it did contain a small pizza stand that sold pizza by the slice). We opted for a creek side site to get more of a camping feel and were impressed by both the size and scenery. The only drawback to the creek side sites is the lack of sewer connections (not really a problem in my opinion). In my opinion, the only room for improvement is in the amount of gravel/pavement at some of the sites. It appears they are trying to get grass to grow under where most people place rugs and tarps. It was raining when we arrived so some of the camp area was muddy. This would not deter me from staying here again but I would recommend bringing a large tarp or area rug to place under your camper steps. In summary, I would highly recommend staying here. We’ve stayed at several high end hotels that weren’t as clean and well maintained.
