This was our first time staying at a campground as a family, and it was a great experience! The location was great, only a few minutes from the center of Pigeon Forge on Wears Valley Road. We could get anywhere in town in less than ten minutes. The bathhouse was nice and clean, and the pool was beautiful! Our site had some shade, and a newer concrete pad. The campsite behind us let their large pit bull run off leash a lot, so they didn’t notice that he came and pooped beside our rv twice. I felt really bad for the campground worker who was helping a new rv park next to us. He ended up picking up one of the piles, because it was right next to the new camper’s electrical hookup. It wasn’t their fault that some people ignore the rules. Everyone who worked at the campground was very nice and helpful. My kids enjoyed the pool so much. It rained almost every afternoon, but it was so nice to enjoy the pool and water slide in the evenings after dinner. We would definitely stay here again!

We just arrived home from a little Pigeon Forge get away. Our stay was amazing, the staff was friendly and helpful from check in to check out. After talking with the staff and knowing the improvements they have made over the last year, this staff works as a family for your family. The office-check in area was very clean, when we entered it was like we were arriving at a resort. The pool and slide area is a spectacular area off the the main building. Lots of lounge chairs, tables and the pool is heated! On the back side of the building there are bathrooms that are also shower areas. Very clean and your in your own area no sharing a large shower area with others. The colors and tiles are pristine, there are shelves and benches in the shower so nothing has to touch the floor, although if by chance it does no worries. The floors are very clean. Our lot was D4 many of the lots are fully concrete with a patio slab for the picnic table as well, we were level with out blocking at all. You have a fire pit as well, most lots are full hook up and well spaced. There is a lodge on the property as well and this has an amazing porch with sofa type lounge furniture along with Amish rocking chairs. Large screen TV's and also a game room. Back side of this building is also shower rooms/bath rooms and a large laundry room. Unfortunately we did experience problems with our camper while we were there, but the staff was there to help us get a hold of someone that could help us. There are several mobile camper repair companies in the area and we were back up and running in several hours. This happened on a Sunday and we were still able to receive help. The staff has more improvements that are on their to do list, but what they have done so far is beautiful, so I am certain they will continue to improve there lots and have many more people come to visit them.

We love it here, Everything you need for a great vacation. It was already a great place to stay, but the new updates there making on the property are making it even better. Best shower house and very clean. Won’t stay anywhere else. All the staff are friendly and helpful.
