This is our second time staying here and we absolutely will any time we are in this area. The campground itself is great, nice large pool with a fun corkscrew water slide but the main reason is the people! From the people escorting you to your site, the people at the main counter and the people that make food (yes! They have burgers, pizza, cheese sticks, corn dogs, etc.) all are so so nice and helpful! The proximity to Dollywood and the island is great. Plenty of room for our 45’ class A and a tow vehicle. You can’t go wrong here!

We had a blown head gasket in our truck 6 days prior to our arrival, I called to cancel and to hopefully get a partial refund. However I was told that I would not get any refund, so we kept our reservations but didn’t go, and didn’t allow them to re-sale our site.

We truly enjoyed our stay the amenities were first class the bath houses were spotless. However the showers would get boiling hot and turn ice cold without input to the controls. This is a dangerous problem I got minor burns because of it. So if your going to go to this resort be careful.

With our college age children back on campus, mid August was a perfect time for this part-time empty next couple to enjoy a week away. The campground spacious, clean, and staffed with kind and knowledgeable folks. The pool area and gift shop are top notch. We will return soon.

The sites are fantastic, most all sites are paved and graveled. Fire pit and picnic table at all sites. Very friendly staff. Very pet friendly. The kids had a blast in the pool with the water slide. It’s located close to everything in Pigeon Forge. This WILL be our campground every time we visit Pigeon Forge. If I could give a million stars I would.

I found PFRV on line and carefully reviewed their site. Called and spoke to one of the staff and they were extremely helpful. Booked site on line, check in was a breeze, escort to to site and professionally assisted in guiding us into site. Resort is extremely clean, very friendly staff. We will be back again.

My family and I normally stay at The Ridge but due to a recent experience we found ourselves looking for another place. We found it! PigeonForge RV Resort is one of the best places we could ever stay!! The employees were always smiling and so helpful with everything. The pool was fantastic and the campsites were outstanding! Majority of the sites are well shaded and have sites along the river. The playground is very nice for kids and both bath houses were super nice! The WI-FI was great for streaming and we never lost signal. I would highly recommend this to anyone and will be returning very soon!

The most beautiful campground in PF. We came in after hours and the management was SO accommodating. Opened the store to allow us to get items we needed, etc. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!
