We found the RV Resort one of the best. Pool, really nice clubhouse and showers were immaculate. We had a problem with a slider. No problem. They recommended a nice mechanic named Earl. Had to stay an extra day but they were great about that. People were so nice.

The best RV resort in the Smokies! Clean, clean, clean. Spacious sites with concrete pads. The bath house provided individual rooms with shower, commode, and vanity/sink! A code is required for entry into the bath house. Very secure! Great pool and activities building! Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. You are escorted to your site and guidance is provided to help you back into sites! Grat location on Wears Valley Road, Pigeon Forge Tennesee.

We stayed for 3 nights as a quick getaway for our anniversary. The campground is wonderful and we really enjoyed our time there. It is clean and beautifully maintained. The staff were very nice and helpful. We will most definitely be back again.

Great time as always. Really wish something would be done to fix the Wi-Fi issues. It really is the only negative of the resort. Also, the way teenagers abuse the water slide is very reckless and dangerous when my 4 year old goes down it.

We are so sorry about the teenagers on the slide. No matter how many times we tell parents at check in what the rules are, we still end up having to police the slide. And when the park is full, wifi is a problem. We have upgraded the wifi and have plenty, but there are some rigs that log on with 5 or 6 devices and they stream. We don't want to limit each site, but that may be our only option. We do hope that you come back and stay with us again. We will do our best to iron out the issues you mentioned.

We had stayed when it was Eagles Nest three years ago, huge improvement!! Staff, excellent customer service, our site not level. Our front wheels of Rig was too high off ground when we lowered jacks.

The resort is conveniently located to all the attractions but not in a busy area. The resort was very clean and the staff was helpful. Will stay there again if we’re vacationing in the area.
