We had the BEST time! I have a large family with a vast amount of ages— and ALL of our children had a blast! The entire facility is clean (REALLY CLEAN), there are numerous bathrooms with showers (cleaned numerous times a day), there is a playground, a small “field”, my kids played a lot of wiffle ball there, a really cool sitting area— both inside and out, there are TV’s and indoor games (it was beautiful our entire stay so we did not use these indoor activities)— there is LAUNDRY, and it’s CHEAP!! The pool is incredible- it’s the perfect temperature and has a super cool slide!! The camp store is reasonably priced and has all those last minute items you might’ve forgotten. The staff is INCREDIBLE. Especially Shawn— they check in on your stay, help all the time and are so pleasant. The park is centrally located to all activities, and we did many day trips to surrounding areas — the traffic is what it is. Ha! The location to the park is easy for big rigs (as long as you follow their directions)— and you can get to and from on back roads (after you drop off your rig). We enjoyed our stay immensely and highly recommend this place!! You won’t be sorry!!

The staff at PFRV do an amazing job keeping the property clean, and making sure you have a pleasant stay. The bath house, pool, and playground are very clean, the laundry service is also very nice. We had a great time playing corn hole and hanging out with the staff after hours, Jeremy, Jim, Jeff, Ms. Jamie, Ms. Carol, and everyone else are super fun folks to be around. Highly recommend this campground if you’re planning to be in the area. Our second time there and definitely not the last!

Everything was good until a camper on the next road or drive tried to steal my grandson's bicycle while he was at the pool, we looked and found the bicycle.

It was a very nice and clean campground. Little tight spots but wasn't there much. Alot of ants found in and around campsite. Even in the camper. Maybe give a few bundles of wood in with booking. Didn't have a campfire cause we didn't have any wood

Thank you for taking time to give us a review. We have awesome trees here, but with that we sometimes have ants. They don't sting, but they can be a nuisance. But we love the shade so we feel it's a good trade. F-1 is one of the more popular sites because of the shade and the extra parking that you have right next to your rig. The site is 50 feet in length so the majority of people fit really well. We appreciate you giving us all 5's and a recommendation. We hope that you do come back to see us again any time you are in the Pigeon Forge area.

This resort is lovely and has nice amenities including clubhouse with seating and fireplace and a heated pool. The weather was cooperative. This stay was pleasant. Staff are friendly and helpful. We will be back.

We had an awesome time. The campground is nice, the bath house is awesome and the staff is very friendly.
The only thing that I was disappointed in is our big baby pit bull was on the list of dogs not allowed so we had to make other arrangements for him. And I ask several times to be sure he couldn't come. I was told no...he is on our list of breeds not allowed. But when we got here they asked if we had a pet. My husband explained what we told. The lady said is he aggressive my husband said no. She said he could have come. So not happy about that. Definitely will stay again

Pigeon Forge RV Resort is our all out favorite campground. This campground has wonderful concrete sites that are not to cramped and always well maintained. The staff our always very friendly and don’t care to help whenever needed. We also like that the campground is a little further out from all the news and traffic of Pigeon Forge but close enough your there in minutes. The beautiful pool, well stocked store, and restaurant/snack bar are all icing on the cake.

Great establishment, you can see they are putting quality work into the resort with new cement pads being completed, the pool with the salt water setup which is healthier for your skin, etc. Amazing staff, very accommodating and personable, friendly and attentive. We had 8 people with us so there were 3 vehicles total, and no issue about parking, no one constantly telling you to move your car. Safe and secure place and you can rest assured your personal belongings are safe. We left shampoo in the bath house by mistake, still there the next day. Speaking of, very clean bath houses and facilities, clean washers and driers. Would definitely recommend, and plan on returning for a future stay!

Very clean and well run. Management very friendly. Prompt maintenance regarding a small limb in the way of my awning. Removed within 10 minutes after making aware. Only complaint I have is when you make reservations they charge the whole amount right then instead of charging a deposit.
