This is Our Favorite Park in The Smoky Mountains! Really nice size spaces and hookups! The staff here from the front office to the maintenance crews an work campers are second to none!! Very Professional, Very Helpful, Very Nice and An Absolute Pleasure To Deal With!! Super Nice, Well Maintained Property and an Absolutely Fantastic Pool (heated!) Area! A Tiny bit pricy but Very Much Worth It!! Great Location As Well, convenient to everything yet not right in the middle of the crowded areas of Pigeon Forge Sevierville! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS PARK!!

We have stayed 4 times in the past year in a half. This is our favorite park. There is so many amenities. The bathroom house is absolutely a 10. Everything in this park is so manicured and taken care of the staff is absolutely wonderful. I just give this place a 10. We love it. Can’t wait to come back also, the pool is the best pool !!!!!

I’ve been a regular customer since this place was revitalized a few years ago. I own a business in town and live 1.5 hours away from PF.
I’ve stayed at many campgrounds over the years. My family has stayed everywhere at one point or another. This place is by far my favorite for a multitude of reasons, the atmosphere, the serenity, the convenience but most of all the STAFF. I have had some bad luck my last couple of trips out and this business has bent over backwards to help me get straightened out. I pride myself on the customer service experience my company provides to our tourists, these folks have my standards and my standards are high. There are a ton of RV places to visit in Pigeon Forge but this is the one that appreciates your business and they’ll prove it if they get the chance. I know I’m going to regret giving this review because I know it’s just going to make it harder for me to get a site down the road. They deserve success though, so I guess I’ll just deal with availability issues.

Beautiful clean RV resort. Site was nice but on the map when we booked it showed trees and grass while it actually was a gravel lot where another truck also parked facing our campfire. This was not overall a problem, but just not what we had expected. Bathhouse was beautiful and very clean. We were close to the bath house/playground and it was very busy until after midnight most nights. While this was not a problem for us it may be for some. Pool was not overcrowded and clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
