This was our second time staying here, and we love it! Everyone is so friendly and helpful with any questions! The bathhouses are very clean and I love how you have your own personal space.

Smoky Man RV Park is wonderful & they provide exciting events for the children. The only issues is not being able to fence our dogs so they can enjoy time with everyone. We travel with a group & spend 90% of our time outside. It would be nice if the dogs could enjoy the time as well.

It's always nice to hear that our guests enjoyed the park and facilities because the staff work really hard to make sure that everything is clean and ready for the campers. As long as your dog is with you on a leash, they can be outside whenever you are. People tend to leave pets in fences and run back in the camper really quick and the dog escapes. That has happened on several occasions. On a leash, they usually can't get away. We are just trying to make sure that your pet, as well as everyone else's, is safe and with the owners. And it is impossible to dictate what kind of fence, or how high or low it has to be, so the owners decided to just eliminate fencing. We really do appreciate you choosing to stay with us and we love the recommendation. Please come back and see us again when you are in the Pigeon Forge area.

We had a great time during our stay. Our kids love the pool possibly more than anything, being able to swim til 10pm is the highlight of any 8 and 11 year old boys life. We also love the bathroom facilities, warm clean and just luxurious. We will be coming back for spring break every year.

The entire stay was perfect. The check in was easy, site was wonderful, the campground & pool were both clean. The laundry facilities were modern & in great condition. The staff and grounds people were very nice & helpful. Enjoyed our stay!

We didn’t even have to leave the park to enjoy our vacation! The kids stayed in the pool and the bath houses are so nice! The employees exceeding expectations! From the reception, to the restaurant to the guys on the golf carts! Awesome team and atmosphere!

The park is under major renovations but is open. The facilities are great,fresh and new. The only things that are problems for the moment are the near lack of WiFi and cable. They were in the process of installing those during our stay. Should be better later on

Great stay, only disappointment was the slide wasn't finished, and no internet or cable like the website said. That being said we have already rebooked to go back in three weeks!!!
We enjoyed our visit and were very impressed with the cleanliness of the park and every interaction with employees.
The only area of service needing improvement would be the WiFi service. Very often it would drop out while using just for reading news on the iPhone so we didn’t attempt streaming a movie.
We would return.
