Full time RVers and we've been on the road since November. The park is CLEAN and the staff are awesome and friendly. The pool is second to none and the little things like trash pick up at your site make it a step above the rest. If I had anything to complain about, it would be the sewer hookup. At our site it was slight up hill so it had a hard time actually draining out of the line. But that did not over shadow anything else that we loved.

Thank you so much for giving us your feedback. In trying to keep trees, a few modifications took place at a few of the sites with sewer lines. But we are happy to hear that it didn't keep you from enjoying your stay. We have the best staff and they do a great job of taking care of the park and the facilities and they love meeting new people and helping them out during their stay. From the reservation process, to Check in , to attention to detail is assisting backing into site, the entire experience was fantastic. The is a well maintained campground with some of the cleanest facilities i have stayed at.Having some shade trees in the summer is a bonus, the staff are all the nicest people i have met and went out of the way to make sure all the accommodations were met.

My family met 2 other family’s here from out of state. They gave us sites right next to each other and the accommodations were really nice. They had someone escort us to our site and help us park our trailer. The staff here was amazing! The campground and facilities were the best we’ve seen. The kids loved the pool and slide. There’s so much to do close by but when you’re in the park it seems hundreds of miles away. We loved it here.

One of the best campgrounds in TN. I LOVE the concrete sites, the bathhouse was clean and modern, great playground for kids and the pool was a bonus. Love this campground!

The facility was nice bath houses were awesome but I will never stay there again because they let their kids there run rabbit. I don’t mind kids, but they would run them through our campsite. They ride their bicycles late at night with no lights almost ran over one if they were just get a handle on the kids. It would probably be a lot better place to stay, just saying

We agree with regards to the children. We have rules in place and we do our best to try and enforce them, but unfortunately some parents don't want to be bothered. That's not our fault nor can we do anything other than continue to tell the parents that their children need to be at their site by a certain time. We also tell them that the kids need helmets and bike lights. But that goes unaddressed also. Thank you for being complimentary with regards to the amenities and appearance of the park. The staff work really hard to keep everything ready for our guests. And they also do their best to supervise children but without help from parents we are fighting a losing battle. We are so sorry that you don't recommend us, however, as you can see, we are a very kid friendly park and if you are a family with kids, this is the place for you. Thank you for taking time to write a review for us and we appreciate you choosing to stay with us when you were in the area.

The staff is friendly, bath house and pool are clean and will kept clean though out the day. The internet has gotten better from the first visit, still little slow. I don’t like where the basketball hoops have been moved to. I wished they would put the back near the playground. Parents don’t want their little ones that close to the main road.

Overall campground is beautiful. Lots are not very level and had a hard time getting our camper level. We had been traveling with friends and they had the site next to us, but when they lead us to the site they put us in the wrong spots. The ladies in the office were great, but the gentlemen we had to speak to and wanted us to move spots was not very nice and hung up on me. Neither of us payed attention which lot they put us in. They are suppose to level the lots and once that is done this will be an awesome campground.

We had a great time at PFRVR!! The staff was super friendly and helpful and they were working hard to make sure everyone was satisfied. We loved the pool (and the waterslide looks like it will be fantastic). The store was nice and the individual bath/showers were great. My only complaints were... the showers ran out of hot water...and in the evenings the bathhouses were dirty. BUT ....it was the first weekend and I believe these are issues that they will learn from and address going forward. We will stay again and we'd recommend them to others!

This is our four time staying and we are never disappointed. Clean facilities and great staff.
