The campground was super nice. Nicest bath houses I’ve ever been at a campground. Store was nice and big. Loved the Hunts brand food you could order by the pool. Very convenient. Pool was very big and accessible which we loved.

We rented a RV spot with full hookup. Clean and quiet. The bathrooms are like being at home literally. Only concern was the main hall with bathrooms all adjoining makes for a secluded, unsafe space for children and women. We would feel more comfortable with an open hall ( outside) with individual bathrooms coming off.
The pool is beautiful. Our grandchildren enjoyed a private pool one day!

We love this campground everything is so nice and the staff is very friendly. The bathrooms and showers was very clean. The laundry area is awesome large washers and dryers and very clean. Nice playground for the kids. The concrete pads at the campsites made set up so easy. The pool is a salt water pool. The only thing that could be better is the Wi-Fi. We will be back this will be the campground we use when we visit Pigeon Forge.

Easy friendly check in, escort to your spot with guidance. EZ trash pick up right in front of your spot. Awesome pool with an amazing slide! Well kept grounds and a clean up to date with new machines laundry room. New playground and a nice creek running alongside the park. Oh, did I mention they have a pizza parlor and a well stocked store! Overall this place is a 10!

The campground has a lot of potential. It has a very nice pavilion with outdoor fireplaces game rooms and super nice bath facilities. The pool is super nice; outdoor fire pit . The area has nice building structures. The management has exceptional customer service skills.
The camp spots could use some leveling, some spots slope with drainage issues. I think they are working to resolve these issues. It would be nice if the slots were concrete. The laundry area is new with large washers and dryers. The WiFi and cable work intermittent, I understand they are working on this issue. It could use a traffic light as you exit the area, traffic can be very busy.
Overall I think the campground has a great potential once they work out these issues which I understand they are working on all these issues. From my understanding the area is newly purchased with several upgrades with others planned. The area is very clean.
We love coming to this campground with our family. Staff are friendly & helpful, and the bathhouses are always super clean. We always stay during Halloween festivities, and it’s a ton of fun for kids & adults!
