Had a great time and the campsite was good little tight but good really to crowded not enough room to park the truck and over flow parking was packed otherwise it was a great time love the hayride for the kids.

We have stayed at several campgrounds in pigeon forge and this one by far ranks above the rest. The lady that did our reservation and checked us in was amazing. She took the time to label the map so we could go see which sites would be available to us, so we could drive around and look at them. She was so helpful and extremely nice. I could tell at that point this was gonna be a top notch place. The sites are spacious to our liking. We had a concrete site and it extends enough back for a picnic table so your chairs and everything have enough room right there together. Most places you have to drag it out of the way and it’s not convenient to even use. The kids had the best time riding bikes around and having space next to the playground to play ball. The heated pool would be a reason I would come back if no other reason. They have the best bath houses and they are very clean and nice. All around the best place we have stayed and we will definitely be back

great shaded site and wonderful friendly helpful staff and clean campground, our cable did not work and staff helped to test it and get it working, loved the valet trash pickup also. I heard the bath house was nice but did not need to use it. The only thing is they need to mop the laundry room , the floor looked really grose. However the washers and dryers were really clean. The location was excellent to do many things in Pigeon Forge and the mountain coaster next door was so much fun ! I wish we had time to use the pool and water slide but it was a short stay and a lot to do in Pigeon Forge.

It has a very high volume of people going in and out but we will definitely ask housekeeping to check it a little more often. The Host at SMRPR are spectacular. The place was clean and restrooms and showers is a decision maker for our group. This was our second visit and we will stay here our next visit.

We stayed for 1 night on our way to Gatlinburg. Very nice facility with individual full bathrooms in 2 separate bath houses. Great pool with a slide and concrete parking area for your rig. Allot of people though. We would stay again for sure.

This is our 3rd trip back here since Labor Day 2021! We love it here! The campground is so clean and the staff is so helpful! Our kids love it here as well!

The place was great with plenty of room around our camper. Define lot not packed in like sardines like some other places we’ve been. Really enjoyed it and can’t wait to go back.

We have stayed here about 3-4 times. The staff is so nice and pleasant. Grounds are very well kept and the shower houses are amazing!

Very nice game room with ping pong & corn hole. Best bath houses, by far, that I have seen. Love the private layout of the bath house. Staff is very friendly. We enjoyed our trip so much that we ended up staying an additional night. Will definitely be back!
