This resort is always clean and neat. We have stayed many times and will continue to do so. I just wish some of the trees were topped off so the satellite dishes could work.

First off, the staff in the office are the BEST at customer service and just the nicest people. The site we choose wasn’t the longest had so they moved us to a better one. The resort was clean, well maintained and in a great location. We were in a 45’ class A towing. Easily maneuvered in their lot. We will definitely be back next time in Tennessee!

I felt that the lots were way too close together and I was given a light in the middle of the intersection and there were hundreds of kids and dogs could not enjoy my stay.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay here. L10 is actually a pull through so it is not crowded at your site. As for the light, it would not be a good idea to have a completely dark park. Not only for security reasons, but also to be able to maneuver with your camper if you come in after hours. We understand you didn't enjoy having kids and dogs, but we pride ourselves on being a family friendly park. We are not a 55+ park, nor do we advertise as such. We are very sorry that you didn't enjoy your time here, but hopefully you will find a park that is dark, no dogs and no children.

We found this RV Site beautiful and well maintained.
Our Fifth Wheel Camper actually had an issue with the door and locked us out. We contacted the office and they were quick to get their maintenance crew to assist to get back in our camper.
Now, regarding the only negative we found about the site.
When we got there, the RV site was not very full, and everything worked great with their internet service, but when the campsite became full we had issues getting things to work with limited to no Wi-Fi.
My sister brought in her firestick which helped but even so, we had programs freezing up with the wheel on the tv locking our access.
On a positive note, the amenities with the salt pool, out door fireplace, games to use for the campers, outdoor concerts and outdoor pavilion with TV's and two-sided fireplace was great.
We will be back, and really enjoyed our stay!

The park is super well maintained and clean. Facilities modern, private, and clean. The employees are super helpful and accommodating!! Pool(heated) and slide were everything we could have asked for and more with a fun fire pit on deck.

My family had a wonderful time at Pigeon Forge RV Resort. We thoroughly enjoyed the water slide! Bathhouses were very clean, and staff was very friendly! We also loved having a pizza place on site. We had spot L10, but plan on staying on row M next time for more shade.

The property is beautiful and the sites are spacious. We had a pull through site which made setting up a breeze. We were a late check-in and everything was left for us by the office. Our kids adored the pool and waterslide! You can't beat the location! It is close to everything and yet far enough away that your not right in the middle of heavy traffic. The only thing I would add is more dog poop stations. I only found 1 and it was a little further from our site so we ended up just tossing in with our own garbage. It was wonderful that garbage was picked up twice a day though. Overall we had a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back in the future! Thank you for a relaxing atmosphere.

The pool/water slide is for sure a huge hit with kids and adults alike. We have more dog stations, one at the dog park, 2 at the community lodge, and 1 back on the very back corner. However more might be in the works! Trash pick up is a nice addition to our services as it saves everyone a trip to the dumpsters. We are so happy you enjoyed yourself and can't wait to have you back with us in the future!!!

Check in was fast and friendly. A smile upon arrival and continued throughout our stay. Facilities are clean and beautiful. Pool is salt water and heated, made for a great refresher at the end of a long hiking/walking day. Trash was picked up regularly throughout the day. Sites were clean and easy to set up the RV. Could have used a tree or two for some shade but over all was a very nice camp and staff was wonderful. Resort was in a perfect location of all the action.

It would be nice to have more trees, but we are so thankful for the ones we do have. You were in a great pull thru, but next time try G-2 or G-3. Not a pull thru but those sites have good shade and are close to the Community Lodge. Campground was very clean. Office staff was friendly. Campers are really packed in. But comfortable. Guests were friendly also. Would stay here again. Directions were emailed to me prior to trip. They were very good/accurate. Except I didn't follow the last step and turned up a road that went nowhere. Had to back down the hill. Definitely should have went a little farther. LOL P.S. Did not use bathroom/shower facilities. We had our own.

The facilities were excellent but the campsites were too close together and too muddy/no grass.
1st time staying at Pigeon Forge RV. Awesome stay at this campground. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful and this is the cleanest campground we have ever stayed at. We would definitely refer this campground and I’m sure we will be back again.
