We stayed a week here. The park is extremely clean. Nice concrete pad with picnic table and fire ring. We enjoyed riding our bikes on paved roads. Pool was very nice and clean. Great for kids. Live music was very enjoyable one evening! Great Wi-Fi and cable,too. Definitely will stay again!

We feel fortunate to have found this excellent campground. The location has easy access. The staff there are very helpful and friendly. This was by far the most pleasant camping experience we have had in years. The entire campground is clean and well kept. The bath houses were thoroughly cleaned and disinfected every day. Everything was well stocked. This is a great place for family camping. The heated pool is large complete with a water slide. If you are going to be camping in NE Tennessee then this is the place to stay.

Nice Stay in-spite of Bad Reviews

Was very nervous to book here after reading the bad reviews. To be fair, we do not have a big rig so I CAN see how people say “it’s tight.” However, the staff is very accommodating. I actually saw them trim a low hanging branch for a class A to pull in to their river spot. The only complaint I have is the unannounced “EVERY THURSDAY CONCERT”. Some family members weren’t feeling too hot so they were trying to rest when all of a sudden incredibly loud, live country music began playing from the clubhouse. Bummer. The guy was good but it would have been nice to have been notified that the entire campground would be a captive audience for 3 hours that afternoon. The office said he plays every Thursday so just take note. No naps on Thursday afternoons! lol! We loved the pool and the boathouse showers are nicer then my home. We were there during some downpours and I saw just a few spots where there was standing water. Might be a big deal if your door opened into a puddle but that isn’t the norm from what we observed. I do wish ALL RV parks would space the sites a bit more but it’s not a state or Corp park so, you just need to know you won’t have a ton of privacy. We definitely will be back!

Absolutely wonderful and convenient to everything! Everyone was so kind! My husband and I and our fur babies had a wonderful getaway!
Great place to camp. Very friendly and courteous staff. Great pool area, and waterslide. Only complaint is site M7 the sewer hookup is in front of the site about 25-30ft away from our sewer hookup. Other than that, we had a great time.
