The staff was so polite, helpful, and professional. Sitting by the water was relaxing. Grounds staff kept everything so nice and clean and they were so friendly that it felt like we were hanging out with old friends.

Gorgeous park with the creek running through. Lots of wild life and kid activities. Very close to Dollywood but far enough away to be peaceful and serene. Helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again!

Level site, all hookups functional. Escorted to site (great idea!), Workamper (oh gosh I forget his name, Paul maybe from FL, wife also in office) very courteous and gave us great advice on places to visit! So helpful!
Restrooms and shower combo very appreciated. Laundry clean and all machines useable. Didn’t get to use pool, but
Looked awesome. Coffee in office OK, wish it were free to campers.

Nicely accommodated our 42’ fifth wheel. Level and paved. Easy access to Dollywood, groceries, mountain coasters, etc. Do not come in on a weekend afternoon to avoid heavy traffic between the interstate and park. It took 1.75 hours to go 15 miles in on Saturday and maybe 20-25 min to leave on Wednesday. We had a great stay.

We are very sorry about the wifi. We did have a main switch go down which caused an outage in certain parts of the park. We hoped it was an easy fix, but both internet provider and fiber optic companies had to get involved to get us up and running. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and for recommending us. We always enjoy our time here. It is very clean with a lovely pool and nice bath houses. Friendly and helpful staff. My only “complaint” is minor. I did not enjoy the music being played loudly at the pool by both the park staff and guests. 2 different boom boxes blaring did not make for relaxation or conversation. This is minor and a matter of preference and the only thing i didnt enjoy. We always recommend this park and look forward to returning.

Staff was friendly. This was our 7th time staying here. This time campers was letting their dogs poop and pee at other camp sites and not picking it up. Young kids driving around on golf carts. Some of the staff riding around on golf carts going fast and not stopping and looking at the end of the road.

We fine people for not picking up after their animals, but if no one says anything, it is hard for us to address it. And we will speak to the staff regarding their use of the carts. Great place! Nice and clean. Awesome pool and slide the kids loved! Very friendly staff! Only problem was showers frequently frequently altered temperature from hot to cold making it a little challenging when showing my 5 yr old. Otherwise would definitely come again.

We enjoyed staying at the resort very much. We had a great camp site on the end of the row. The site was all gravel, so we were able to put out our carpet. We loved the pool. The people in the office were very nice. Clean restrooms and showers. We have already booked our stay for next year.

Great place. Will probably be back, despite the crazy traffic. Staff was great. Yellow jackets were crazy but not your fault...Grandson got stung at water slide. Thought the concrete pad pouring could've been scheduled for week days and not on a weekend...

So sorry about your grandson getting stung! We have had more wasps and bees this year. Seems to be all over Pigeon Forge. But we are doing our best to get rid of them and their nests. We hope that the construction wasn't too much of an inconvenience. During the summer we are as busy during the week as we are on the weekends. A good and bad problem to have. It was a wonderful stay. It was great all around. The only thing I didn't care for was that our site was by a doggie poop bag location. Some people would let their dogs poo at our site while we was outside eating dinner. Just found that a little rude as it was in our site. So maybe a little patch of grass off to the side for pets to do their business.

Great experience as soon as we pulled in, easy check in escorted to our camp site. Clean sites, mostly paved, clean pool area Great for all ages. Park located by common area which we sat in rocking chairs watching the kids play at the park, sports game on. Includes board game room clean showers and laundry access.
Garbage picked up 2x day close to attractions and can do it all or just enjoy your camp site.
We all had a great time and will be back.

Good site. N10 is a pull thru site. Good location in the park. Easy pull in and out of the site. Staff is very friendly. This is my 2nd stay at this park. The only issues are cable and WiFi. Does not work all the time. I know when you are camping that you do not watch TV much and should not be on your computer working. We will be back.

This is an excellent campground! Very convenient location; excellent amenities, including an awesome pool with a winding slide and a terrific bathhouse/clubhouse with an outdoor fireplace, rocking chairs and ping pong tables, very clean modern facilities; friendly, helpful staff; the only setback was longer campers have a more difficult time pulling in during business times. Would definitely recommend this campground!!
We enjoyed our stay at this resort. We ended up having to utilize the bath house facilities (something we've never done at an RV park) due to our water heater freezing. The bath houses were VERY nice and clean ALL the time! We were pleasantly surprised. We would definitely stay at this park again!
