This place was very clean. It had nice cement pads to park on with gravel in places that might get muddy during rain. There was enough grass though so it didn’t feel like a parking lot. The amenities were very nice and well taken care of. It was the nicest campground we have ever stayed at.

I have stayed at several rv parks in the Smoky Mtn and this is the best and cleanest park we have stayed in .
The showers and restrooms are keep clean. The staff is GREAT and so helpful. The pool is large and great for kids. I would HIGHLY recommend this place . My only concern is too many people will find out about this great little place and it will stay booked up.

Stayed 4 nights in P4, staff was extremely nice at check in & informative. Our particular site had plenty of grass area to spread out. Some spots can be pretty cramped. Campground has a good ambience to it, a resort/state park combo feel.

People there were very nice and accommodating, but we did not have Cable or Internet the entire stay. Apparently when they redone the park earlier this year, the installers of the cable lines did not put them in conduit and therefore moisture penetrated the fiber optic lines and caused them to not work. They are going to have to redo all of them. We were not told that they were having issues when we booked but they waited til we checked in to tell us. Since both of us couples, work while out on the road as well, this caused a big issue with us. Because of so many trees and the mountain behind us, the Satellite couldn’t work either and because of not good reception of wi-fi, as well, the Roku stick wouldnt work either. So all this made it not as enjoyable as we had hoped. They did not offer a partial refund or credit at all to us, even though they knew of this problem way before we came. I think they kept thinking that the cable company was going to get it fixed, but this never happened and found out that it was a bigger problem than they thought. Disappointed!!
