Heated pool and fire pit near the pool deck was awesome. Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean laundry facility and bathhouses. Location was close to everything. Site was level and concrete pad for easy set up.

We were pleasantly surprised by this park. We went from park to park for almost 3 months and this was one of the best experiences. It was well set up and landscaped, no problem using our satellite, quiet and friendly very helpful staff.

We arrived very late but had already been called several times to let us know that we would have to pay more for our trailer...even though at booking they said we could put it in their additional parking. Then when we asked to move our spot adjacent to the lot they said they were booked solid. No one was in that spot all weekend. The pool was nice but the staff do not know how to handle kids that may not have read the rules and were just doing what the other kids were doing. We will not be back. Over priced for what they offered.

We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. There is a $25 per day fee for any trailer that is over 16ft. If your trailer is under 16ft you can park in the overflow for no charge. But it is on a first come first served basis. At that point, yes you do have to rent a space. There is only so much room in any campground. As for the spot across from you being vacant, that does not mean that is wasn't rented. There are some people that book a spot sometimes a year out and either forget they have a reservation or just decide not to come. Sometimes we hear from them and other times they just don't show up. If the site was rented to someone else, then no, you can't have their site. As for the children at the pool misbehaving, that is a problem that no matter how we attempt to address it, someone is always upset. If parents don't watch their children, yes, they tend to get out of control. The fact that other children follow suit says their parents are not watching either or don't wish to do anything to rectify the situation. We hope that parents will tell their children what the rules are, but that doesn't always happen. As for the price, we rival other parks here in town and the fact that we were booked and even had a wait list, says that we are competitive with our rates. We appreciate you giving us your feedback and again, we are sorry it was not an enjoyable stay.

We enjoy our stay. It was quite for the most part. I don’t like getting woke up by barking dogs at 4 am in the morning. We would love to stay there again

Sorry about the dogs! Wish we had known who it was so we could have talked to them about that! There is a family that lives on the mountain behind the campground and they have dogs. Might have been up there. But we are happy that for the most part you enjoyed your stay. We hope that you come back and stay with us again when you are in the area!

Really nice place to stay with the family!!! Convenient access to Pigeon Forge attractions, supermarket within 2 minutes of park! Everything is updated, especially the private bathhouse!!! Nicer than most we have stayed at! Everyone is super nice and friendly and helpful! Very close spaces at the sites, but doesn’t matter, you’ll only be there to eat and sleep!!! I give 5 stars!!!

We arrived later than originally anticipated and our information was waiting for us at the office door. No hassle. Campground is well maintained, immaculate bathhouse, clean laundry facilities, and the pool area is incredible. If we're ever back in the Pigeon Forge area, we're staying here again. Oh - and the area the campground is in is gorgeous!
