  • ARRIVAL DAY: ALL GUESTS MUST STOP AT THE WELCOME CENTER TO CHECK-IN
  • DEPARTURE DAY: Please clean your site and leave it in good condition.
  • NO MATS ON GRASS: Applies to all sites.
  • NO STRUCTURES: Enclosures containing pets OR children are NOT permitted. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • ALL PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YRS OLD MUST BE AT THEIR SITE BY 10 PM

CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations canceled MORE than 14 days before arrival date will receive a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 14 days to 48 hours before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours before arrival date are NON-REFUNDABLE. Refunds will not be issued for early departures under any circumstances.

PETS: Maximum of 2 pets per camper/rig. NO EXCEPTIONS. No aggressive pets or excessive barking will be tolerated. Pets are NOT allowed in resort buildings, pool areas, and pavilions.  Pets must always be on a leash six (6) feet long or less unless inside a guest’s RV or the fenced-in dog park. No structures (crates, containers, fencing, gates, enclosures, etc.) may contain your pet. NO

EXEMPTIONS. If resort staff must pick up pet waste, it will result in a $30 clean-up fee. Pets cannot be left unattended outside of the camper. NO WASHING OF PET BEDDING ALLOWED IN LAUNDRY FACILITIES.

CONTAINMENT STRUCTURES: No containment structures are allowed at any campsite. NO EXCEPTIONS! This includes but is not limited to fencing, containers, crates, gates, or enclosures for pets, children, or any other reason.

VISITORS: Registration of visitors is required as soon as they enter the campground. Visitors agree to read and comply with resort guidelines/rules. Each visitor aged five and up who uses the resort amenities will be charged $7.00 per person daily. Each vehicle will be an extra $10 a day, NO EXCEPTIONS. Each vehicle must be registered with the office and parked in the designated overflow parking area with a visible parking tag. Campground guests who fail to register visitors will be subject to camp-site eviction. Vehicles with no tag will be towed at the owner's expense.

POOL AND WATERSLIDE: Children under fourteen (14) must be supervised by an adult (18 years old or older). Any unsafe or destructive behavior will be removed from the pool area. Please follow the posted pool/waterslide rules. Only one person is allowed down the slide simultaneously (No tandem sliding). You must go down feet first. Only bathing suits are permitted in the pool; no cotton material is allowed (i.e., cut-offs, t-shirts, etc.). Swim diapers are required for babies and toddlers—no glass containers in the pool area. You may not eat or drink in the pool. Food and beverages must be left at a table—NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE POOL AREA. Guests shall use the pool and slide facilities at their own risk. “marking” of chairs is not allowed before 10 AM, and to “Mark” a chair, you must also be at the pool the entire time. NO LIFEGUARDS ARE ON DUTY.

MATS: Mats are not allowed on any site's grass. They may be placed on concrete or gravel ONLY.

VEHICLES: All vehicles (RVs, passenger automobiles, trucks, boats, motorcycles, golf carts, side sides, etc.) must be parked in designated parking areas. Two vehicles are included in your stay; additional vehicles are $10 per day, maxing out at four vehicles at any given time. Vehicles must be parked in designated overflow areas with a resort parking tag. If you have more than four vehicles, you must rent a designated half site on C-row for $25 per day (if available, on a first-come, first-serve basis). The vehicles may not infringe on adjacent sites or be parked in or on the roads or grass. All vehicles must have valid registration, be in good running condition, and be operated by a licensed driver. Vehicles deemed in poor condition (i.e., flat tires, dead battery, leaks, broken windows, etc.) are prohibited from parking at the resort. Any washing of RVs (unless prior authorization from management is obtained) or maintenance/repairs: oil changes, lubes, etc. Is prohibited. Vehicles violating the above guidelines will be towed at the owner's expense. All ATVs are not permitted on the resort premises.

RECREATIONAL VEHICLES: Except golf carts, all recreational vehicles (ATVs, UTVs, gators, etc.) must be approved by management before arriving at the park. If approved, specific rules will apply.

GOLF CARTS: You may bring your golf cart. A licensed driver must always be in the front seat for personal carts. Gas carts may not be used during quiet hours (10:30 PM-8:00 AM). Rental carts must be driven by a licensed driver at all times.

SPEED LIMIT: Please keep your speed under seven mph. Watch for children at play. Pedestrians have the right of way.

BICYCLES: For the safety of the children, bicycle riding is welcome; however, we highly recommend using helmets and bike lights after dark. The use of 4-wheelers and drones is expressly prohibited. Personal wheelchairs are allowed.

TRASH: Trash pick-up is from 10 AM to 6 PM daily during summer and 10 AM to 5 PM during winter. Please have all garbage tied in plastic bags at the end of your campsite ready to go before picking it up. No trash may be left on-site at other times. There are dumpsters on-site should you require off-hour disposal of waste. Please DO NOT leave any trash out overnight.

CAMPFIRES, TREES, AND CLOTHESLINES: Campfires are only allowed in fire rings. The relocation of the rings is NOT permitted without permission from management. BBQs and camp stoves are okay. Cutting trees in any way is strictly prohibited. Clotheslines may not be hung from any trees or resort structures. Washing clothes, dishes, or utensils in resort bathroom sinks, showers, toilets, laundry rooms, or pools is prohibited.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: This is a family-friendly resort. There is ZERO tolerance for public intoxication. NO glass bottles are allowed at the pool. If an altercation occurs, you will be removed from the park.

TENTS: No tents or structures with bottoms are allowed on any RV site for any reason. No exceptions are permitted.

SMOKING, VAPING, FIREWORKS, & GUNS: Smoking & vaping are prohibited in or around “resort property,” including but not limited to all buildings, pool areas, or pavilions. Please dispose of butts in provided, approved receptacles. Do not discard butts in the grass, campsite fire rings, gravel sites, woods, creek, parking lots, or trash cans. No fireworks, sparklers, or explosives are allowed at any time. No guns allowed.

WIFI NOTICE: Using the resort’s internet access network, you agree that the service may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material violating federal or state statutes/regulations is prohibited.

MEDIA: Guests permit Pigeon Forge RV Resort and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and licensees to use guests' names and photogenic likenesses in all forms of media for advertising, promotions, trade, and other lawful purposes.

EMERGENCY: Resort management has the right to move RVs, vehicles, or belongings without notice or liability in case of a resort emergency or when necessary. Any site changes must be approved by resort management.

DAMAGES: Guests agree to pay for any damages to “resort property” that may occur because of their actions. Guests agree to immediately report any accident, injury, or property damage to the manager/staff member. If a hazard or dangerous situation exists on the premises, guests will notify the manager/staff member immediately. Guests agree to take full responsibility for themselves and all party members, including minors and visitors.

GENERAL LIABILITY/INJURIES: Guests of the resort accept the privileges of using ALL resort facilities, including but not limited to the campsite, pool area, waterslide/ other water attractions, Welcome Center, Community Lodge, etc. with the understanding that they hereby release Pigeon Forge RV Resort or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, family members or volunteers from any liability for the loss or damages to property and /or injury to themselves/visitors. In addition, the resort's owner(s)/management absolve themselves from all liability and responsibility for ANY loss by fire, theft, acts of God, accident, or any other cause.
