No Pet Fees. That's right — bringing your pet to PFRV costs absolutely nothing extra. We don't charge nightly pet fees or flat-rate add-ons at checkout. What you see when you book is what you pay.
A Real Dog Park On-Site. Our fenced-in dog park gives your pup a safe, enclosed space to run, play, and burn off energy after a long day on the road. It's a favorite spot for both dogs and their owners who want to connect with other pet-loving campers.
Designated Pet Walk Areas. Beyond the dog park, PFRV has designated walking areas spread throughout the resort, making it easy to get in your morning and evening pet walks without any hassle.
Spacious Concrete Sites. Our large, level concrete pad sites give you and your pets plenty of room. Whether your dog likes to lounge outside next to the RV or you need space to set up a cozy camp chair while they relax nearby, our sites deliver the breathing room you need.

Our Pet Policy — What You Need to Know
We want every guest — human and animal alike — to have a safe and enjoyable stay. To keep the resort comfortable and welcoming for everyone, we ask all pet owners to follow our pet guidelines.
Maximum 2 Pets Per Site. Each campsite may host up to 2 pets. No exceptions.
Leash Rule. Pets must be on a leash of 6 feet or less at all times when outside your RV — except when inside the fenced dog park, where off-leash play is allowed.
No Aggressive Pets or Excessive Barking. We're a family resort and ask that pets remain calm and non-threatening to other guests. Aggressive behavior or persistent barking that disturbs neighbors will not be tolerated.
Pets Are Not Permitted In Resort Buildings or Pool Areas. For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed inside resort buildings, the pool area, or the pavilions.
Never Leave Pets Unattended Outside. Pets must not be left outside the RV without their owner present.
No Containment Structures. Fencing, crates, pens, gates, or enclosures of any kind are not allowed at any campsite — this applies to pets, children, and any other use.
Pet Waste Responsibility. Please clean up after your pet at all times throughout the resort. Waste stations are available to make this easy. If resort staff is required to clean up after your pet, a $30 clean-up fee will be charged.
Laundry Reminder. Pet bedding is not permitted in the resort laundry facilities.

Signature Premium / Back-In Sites — Our most spacious and sought-after sites, measuring over 65 feet in length and situated closest to the creek. Maximum vehicle length 60 ft. Perfect for larger rigs with dogs who love the sound of flowing water nearby.
Signature / Back-In Sites — Full hookup back-in sites located along the property line with open meadow views behind them. Great privacy and space for pets. Maximum vehicle length 47 ft.
Deluxe Pull-Through Sites — Large, easily accessible concrete pull-throughs perfect for big rigs. No maneuvering required — great when you're traveling with pets and want a quick, easy setup. Maximum vehicle length 65 ft.
Deluxe / Back-In Sites — Spacious concrete pads with the option to choose a quieter setting in the back or a livelier spot near the pool. Maximum vehicle length 50 ft.
Creekfront Grass / Partial Hookup Sites — Beautiful grassy sites right along the creek, offering a natural, relaxed atmosphere that dogs tend to love. Maximum vehicle length 47 ft.
Deluxe / ADA-Accessible Sites (Click to Call Us and book over the phone) — Accessible back-in sites with full hookups. Maximum vehicle length 45 ft.
Deluxe Micro / Back-In Sites — Compact concrete pads near the creek, ideal for smaller RVs, vans, and truck campers. Maximum vehicle length 45 ft.

Is there a pet fee at Pigeon Forge RV Resort? No — there is no pet fee at PFRV. Bringing your pet costs nothing extra beyond your standard site rate.
How many pets can I bring? Each site may have a maximum of 2 pets. No exceptions apply regardless of pet size.
Does PFRV have a dog park? Yes! We have a fenced-in on-site dog park where your dog can play off-leash in a safe, enclosed area.
Are there any breed restrictions? We don't have specific breed restrictions by name, but we do require that all pets are non-aggressive. Any pet that poses a safety risk to other guests or their animals will need to be removed from the resort.
Can I leave my pet in the RV unattended? Pets may be left inside the RV when you're away from the site. However, pets may not be left unattended outside the RV at any time.
Are pets allowed at the pool? Pets are not permitted in the pool area, resort buildings, or pavilions.
What if my pet makes a mess on the grounds? Please clean up after your pet right away — waste stations are available throughout the resort. If resort staff must clean up after your pet, a $30 clean-up fee will be charged to your stay.
